So Not worth almost $6 bucks for a cupcake. It’s basic box cake flavor and overpriced! I tried the double chocolate cupcake. The guy was nice but definitely won’t be returning.

I order a gulten free cake for my best friends birthday and it was absolutely beautiful and tasty. Highly recommend!

We had stopped by to try and when we got to the door it was closed. The lovely owners saw us and opened the door and let us still order. They were so kind and the cupcakes are to die for!

I have never been to a cupcake shop before. I was very surprised when I walked in and was welcomed by their team. They were so happy to see me and I knew no one in the room. As a fellow business owner, I just wanted to give a big thumbs up. To boot they make one hell of a cupcake.

I was so excited, I found this cupcake shop in Lake Mary called Smallcakes. Tomorrow we are celebrating 5 of my volunteer family's birthdays that are all within the month of each other AND our life group evening Bible study wrap up. I was so excited to place this order LAST WEEK because of their menu online. I was able to order each of the girls favorite flavor including a gluten-free version for one of them. I also ordered two dozen minis our evening life group. I paid for everything, received my confirmation, received my pick up text reminders. Just now, on the day of my pickup they said they canceled the order because they are unable to it! The day of pickup... they canceled my order. Who does that? Very disappointing...

This is my favorite cupcake shop hands down, and every time I go I’m reminded why. The staff is always kind and helpful with recommendations, but the flavors?! AMAZING.

This cakes was simply AMAZING moist beautiful the baker executed my request beyond expectations. This was was so good and remained fresh for dayssss just delicious!!!!!!

I love this place.They just totally saved my bacon. I had to find, gluten free vegan valentine's day treat for my son. The poor little guy is always missing out because of his allergies. Small cakes just totally saved me. Plus the regular cupcakes are also killer. Just the nicest family, thank you so much. I just love going in there. It's like walking into willy wonka's chocolate factory.

Have several enticing cupcakes on display that you can’t buy on the spot, but have to pre-order.

I’ve had multiple occasions when my son wanted me to take him here, we walk in and he got excited to eat one of the cupcakes on display, only to be told by the worker that those are not for individual sale but only to pre-order. Thats ridiculous. Why put it on display for people who walk in if they cant buy it? And usually its the best looking cupcakes. It’s extremely frustrating to have money in my pocket and not be able to buy something for my child that you put in front of their face like an enticing tease.

My other kid is allergic to eggs and dairy. While they do offer vegan cupcakes, it apparently takes them 30 minutes to prepare them (they keep em frozen) except on two days when they are available. Also frustrating. Why not have a few vegan options ready to go on the shelf or in the back?

What a ridiculous business model. You are putting up roadblocks for your customer to spend their money at your store instead of making it easy to buy more cupcakes, but whats more frustrating is see my kid excited to go here only to be told by the worker “no you cant have that one.”

Dietary restrictions: The have gluten free muffins frozen in the back in vanilla and chocolate. You can choose your icing from the list they have
