I’m not fond of this Starbucks location because it’s always so busy. However, when I do go, I go in hopes that the manager Caitlyn will be working! She’s always so kind, knowledgeable and efficient! She knows me by name and greets me every time I walk in. If my drink or food is taking a while, she makes it a point to get it to me as soon as she notices I’ve been waiting longer than expected. I always see her behind the counter working her butt off to ensure every customer is seen and heard. It truly is the leadership that makes or breaks a team and if you ask me, she makes it and then some. She’s one of a kind!

I’ve only been to this Starbucks twice, but both times Caitlyn stood out in the best way. She’s kind, professional, and makes the whole place feel warm and welcoming. Even as a new customer I could tell she truly cares about her team and every person who walks in. You can feel her positive energy from the moment you arrive. She’s an incredible manager!! truly the best!!!

It’s hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it’s fantastic. Other times, you’ll be greeted with rudeness, mess up your order, forget the whip, or syrup, or both.
I know sometimes the rush can cripple the flow but focus on the orders.
Love coming in for my white chocolate mocha with cold foam. They always seem to amaze me when being busy and still take the time to write a little message on my cup. This is my favorite Starbucks. Keep up the hard work.

The coffee house leader Megan is amazing. Every time I walk into this coffee shop, I feel like I’m coming home and that’s 100% because of Megan. She remembers my name, my drink (even when I don’t), and somehow always makes time to connect, even during a rush. You can tell her team respects her, everyone’s upbeat, efficient, and genuinely happy to be there. That kind of leadership is rare. The coffee’s great, but honestly, Megan’s the reason I keep coming back.

Honestly shocked at the way we were treated during our visit here today. Came in a group and two of the women in the group waited over 20 minutes with no order. We then asked them if the orders went through and they said no. They said they wouldn’t be charged for it so they needed to place their order again. We then waited another 15 minutes again with no order. Why did they not expedite it after we had an issue the first time, who knows. We asked them again and they said it didn’t go through again and that they would have to place their order for a third time. At this point it had been over a half hour and we were late. We left and learned that they had been charged twice for their orders. Unbelievably horrible customer service and the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional, specially Caitlyn was the main girl helping us out. Thought Starbucks was known for their customer service and kindness, but clearly that’s not the case any longer.

Absolutely terrible experience. We went inside to place an order and ended up waiting for 30 minutes. The first time we tried to order, their system glitched. When we followed up, they confirmed the issue and asked us to reorder, only for us to be charged again and for the order to fail once more. Very frustrating experience where the employees were no help.

We stopped here in a rush when their computers shut down. 2 of the people in our group had already ordered and paid. After 20 minutes their drinks hadn’t been made so we asked about them. They were told to go back and order again and we waited 10 more minutes before the workers said they didn’t go through again and tried to have them pay a 3rd time. We left 35 minutes later with no food or drinks and 2 charges on the cards used.

Ordered my drink twice and both times the order didn’t go through in their system. I waited for 30 minutes and then after they realized it didn’t go through again wanted me to try to order again even though the first 2 times the ticket order didn’t come out. We ended up leaving because they weren’t trying to figure out what the issue was with their system.
