Idk what is up with the staff at this location. Sometimes they are super nice and other times not so much. I said goodbye as I was leaving recently and not one of the many people behind the bar said anything back. On another occasion I was there with my toddler who was laughing loudly and the girls behind the bar gave him the dirtiest look… who would look at a kid who is having fun and enjoying his cake pop like that. Put a really bad taste in my mouth.

We ordered 6 drinks, and received 4. Then after asking for one of the missing ones, which was apparently forgotten about, we were hurried out and in the mix of it all, left without the other missing drink. When we returned home and realized the error, we called twice but no one answered. We’re upset because we paid for 6 drinks and originally received only 4, but after reminding (something the customer shouldn’t have to do), received only one of the missing drinks. And to not answer the phones afterwards is rude.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location! The staff is friendly and efficient, and the drinks are consistently delicious,whether I'm grabbing my usual iced latte or trying a seasonal specialty!
I hate to do this because I’m work in this industry and I know what it means to have a really bad review, and that’s why I decided to let you know I am really disappointed with this Starbucks. This is the third time having an issue with this specific store. Today I asked my friend to order a drink for me, I asked for three scoops of strawberries and tadaaa my drink doesn’t have any strawberries. So, I need the manager attention to their staff because it’s not possible they don’t read the special instructions of the drinks.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered my usual caramel Frappuccino, but it came out being like milk blended with ice. Mistakes happen, so I went back to the counter to ask for a remake. Unfortunately, the two baristas I spoke to didn’t acknowledge my request,just said ok and the barista who took my order left for a break or went home without addressing it or telling someone else to take care of the drink. After waiting about 20 minutes, someone finally helped me, but my drink still didn’t meet expectations. I ended up just having to throw it away.It was that bad!
I do have to mention that there is lots of parking.
I really wanted to love my visit, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

They went above and beyond to accommodate a special promotion as their app appeared to have an error. This truly made my shopping experience exceptional. Their store manager, Kirk, shows great leadership to lead a wonderful team. The only thing I wish they could have done a little better was the Hazelnut latte. The taste was a little bland. However, all other 3 drinks were great. I will visit this particular store again.
