8 years later and the place is only gotten better. Clean Starbucks with fast friendly service. Plenty of seating indoor and out. Even a few electrical plugs if you want to plug in a computer.
I was here 8 years ago and gave them four stars. Now let's go for five. Keep it up Starbucks!

How do you mess up an order for a tea? A single tea with two honeys — that’s it. My app wasn’t working, so I had to tap my card. Just a heads-up: if you don’t have a receipt or use the app, apparently there’s no refund. They told me I could go back and get another one — no thanks. The guy taking my order was absolutely terrible and rude. I even left a tip 🤦🏼♀️ trying to be nice. Never again.

Parking lot is a hot mess. Some crazy lady satin line in the t-bone position blocking everyone from getting out even though me and another person behind me went all the way around like you're supposed to. Entitled people... I don't go here too much anymore it's ridiculous.

This store is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The staff is so personable and the drinks are made to perfection. It is always clean and inviting no matter what time I come in for my coffee fix. It seems like the staff has been there for quite some time and I appreciate seeing familiar faces like Cynthia, Olivia, Kayla, Mike, Rochelle and Kirk. Keep up the good work!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for years, regularly ordering undiluted cold brew (the coffee before it’s mixed with water). On my most recent visit, I was told by the assistant manager that they could no longer sell it to me that way, and I was given a series of contradictory and illogical excuses.
First, I was told that they cannot properly cut the cold brew unless it’s a full batch, which makes no sense as it’s simply a matter of mixing concentrate and water in equal parts. Then, when I offered to pay double (which clearly covers the full cost of the coffee), I was told they do not sell “drink components,” and the cold brew itself was classified as a component—not the actual drink. That explanation is disingenuous: cold brew is the coffee itself. If anything, the water used to dilute the drink is the component, not the other way around.
I called Starbucks corporate to clarify and was told there is no such corporate policy prohibiting the sale of undiluted cold brew, confirming that this is a decision made only at this store. What’s most disappointing is that, despite my loyalty and willingness to pay more, there was no attempt to find a compromise or satisfy a regular customer. Instead, I was met with shifting excuses and no genuine effort to help.
If you care about customer service or being able to order your coffee the way you like it, I suggest trying a different location or a local coffee shop that actually values their regulars.
