I realized the reviews here aren’t as great as I would have thought. I wonder why because my experience was wonderful!! I got a matcha in my first Venti size cup, and specified the milk, the sweetener and other details of my preference. Allison was the barista and she did not confuse my order. She prepared it exactly as I had ordered it. She greeted me and my friends with a friendly smile and even asked how our day was going. I went a second time and the service was not any different. All I can say is that she is certainly doing an excellent job!!

When I order a venti, I expect my cup to be filled to a venti size. After telling the employee that my cup was not filled, she insisted that this was normal and pointed me to a self serving area where I should fill my own cup. I drank starbucks daily.I've never had anybody do this. This is not okay.

Asked for White chocalate Mocha, extra shot and extra pump of white mocha. The expresso was terrible, weak. Seemed as no coffe was added. Neither the extra pump of whit mocha. Person as the counter didn't seem to really care, just tried to brush me off by saying thats how its supose to be. Had this drink many times. Other locatons always get it right. $$$ down the drain!!!

MACEY IS SO WONDERFUL AND SO KIND I GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF HER SHE NEEDS A RAISE WITH ALL THE RUDE WORKERS SHE IS A DIAMOND AMONGST THE ROUGH SHE IS THE BEST AND SHE MAKES AMAZING COFFEE Recognize when you have an excellent employee!

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because of James, an amazing associate! He always greets me and every customer with a smile and is incredibly engaging! He outshines, I dare say, the Supervisor (not meant to be negative on the Supervisor, it's just perception). I hope he is recognized for his consistent efforts and is being trained or developed into the next leader. Thank you James for making every morning brighter (the latte's are great too).

Typically I don't expect much from Starbucks located within other stores, but this morning my breakfast sandwich and caramel machiato were both somehow not pleasant to eat/drink. The sandwich was cold and the venti machiato was only two-thirds full and was definitely missing ingredients. Tasted like trash. The staff was friendly but the food was garbage this morning. Also, my wife's peppermint hot choclate had no peppermint. Really? There wasn't a line and there were 2 people working. Do better.

Coffee was old and watered down. Asked politely for a remake manager was at the window hostile and disrespectful saying we sound muffled when talking through the speakers obviously knowing it’s not a fault of the customers but he made it seem like it was our fault. He gave us the remade coffee and it still taste the same like the coffee was old and watered down. Then we asked politely for a refund manager asked us three times what was wrong with it and we gave him the same answer. He gave us the refund and we said “thank you” manager made no eye contact, did not apologize, nor said “have a good day” as expected with great customer service all we got was “There’s your refund”. I cried as we drove off. As someone who battles with anxiety this is not how I would want to be treated as a customer. And be left to feel like I was a problem I’ve always loved Starbucks and what they stand I went to Starbucks on the days when I was the most down cause Starbucks employers are the most uplifting and bright people but this time I don’t know what happen I’ve never met a Starbucks manger so rude. That kind of customer service would definitely ruin Starbucks reputation. I would never come back here and would definitely tell people close to me not to come here. ?*EXACT CHANGE WAS NOT REFUNDED*

Always good service here but today James was super friendly and took some time to suggest how I could adjust an order to my liking. A small gesture but appreciated! Thank you!

All in All, this Starbucks has always been busy, but they’ve gotten my coffee to me quickly. Same with the food.
