I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso, I specifically asked for salted caramel cold foam, I got charged an extra 1.57 for cold foam and I didn’t get no cold foam. This happened literally right now, I also said light ice and got a whole cup of ice - this Starbuck it the worst I have ever been to.

I wish they would take the employees from this Starbucks and create another location. They provide the best service, the drinks are ALWAYS made right and with extra love, and the service is consistent. Bug helped me today and was absolutely amazing. She could put a smile on anyone’s face. This is by far the best Starbucks location in both Lake Mary & Sanford.

Do employees at this location know how to read an order. I had to order the same order twice within a matter of 10 minutes and still get it wrong even though the label its written correctly. It was an Uber order so they could not fix it!Please give your employees a reading exam!

Staff works hard, however espresso drinks take at least 5 minutes longer than other Starbucks joints. I don’t know if they don’t have a dedicated espresso person or what’s going on, but given how fast they work it shouldn’t take this long. Repeat problem. I’ve been late to meetings because every drink in my order was done except the one with the espresso. Happy to give 5 stars once they fix that issue.
