Sorry-but incredibly annoying that nobody will answer the phone at this business.I think people actually like the food, I can’t even comment on that, but PLEASE, tell the people working the store, somebody needs to answer the phone. We had an important question regarding a food allergy. I’ll ask it here: do you have a nut free blender?? My son’s team wanted to order food for about 30 kids, we needed to know if someone with a nut allergy could order a vanilla milkshake. It would have been about $600 of business. Maybe answer the phone?

The drive-thru line took about 15 mins. This was the 2nd time going to Steak n Shake, and the 2nd time, they didn't get the order correct. I'm happy to say the fries did taste much better, not using the oils they used to use.

Sometimes, having a longstanding restaurant in your community owned by a hardworking person with kind, genuine, and honest people is better than any extravagant luxurious restaurant. Brandy was exceptional. A restaurant filled with hardworking people who care about their community fellow members. Go in and give them your business-so better than a $30 hamburger elsewhere

Steak and Shake has been one of my wife's favorites ever since the first one came to Winter Park. We love to stop here because we know what were going order before we even drive into the parking lot. Of course, the burgers are great. We usually order a couple of different milkshakes and share them among us. Ordering off the kiosks was a little different for us what we learned how to do it with a little help from the great staff.

The team at this location was especially friendly. The manager was present and interacting with guests making sure everyone was satisfied. I made 3 modifications to my burger like the pain I am and they still made it perfect. Wish this was my local steak n shake
