This place sucks I ordered the same sandwich I always get and asked for light sauces and more veggies and the lady behind the counter was on her cell phone while making my sandwiches and drenched my sub with sauces I did not ask for and gave me light veggies. I asked her to fix it as I was still hungry because I could not eat it and she said she had to call her manager that wasn’t there and “only a manager can remake the sandwich” bro I don’t want it remade I was a refund I am not coming back.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered online at 540 and it said it would be ready by 6pm. It has now said I picked up at 601pm, but I am standing here at 615 and my subs haven't even started being made yet... never coming back again. Change how the readiness works or it's pointless to order online.

Lake Mary BlvdWe use this location always , but today upon asking for more olives for my kids sandwich, was told sorry we don’t do more olives it costs us money, and that if it was happening before they were not doing it right also if I love olives so much I should make olive sandwich at home , and that she is the regional manager if I complaint about her attitude it will come back to her to check so it’s of no use.I have never seen anyone talk to any guest like that, she didn’t seem fit for the service , if subway is hiring such managers I feel bad for the customers . Her name was Deb behners . I would highly recommend subway higher management to let her attend few courses on customer service before she is allowed to see anymore customers. I felt like leaving the sandwiches and telling her to eat it herself , but calmed down thinking she would throw it in trash can and I don’t like food getting wasted. .

Just bought a sub way sandwich after a very long time .. I had a few question on choosing the bead and sauces , the lady who was making my sub there was utmost egoistic and disrespectful.I never encountered a subway employee being so unfriendly . She shattered my experience with sub way and now I will ever enter this store on lake Mary Blvd .

First off we wanted flatbread for two, they had one left! Standing in front of the to pick our toppings the glass was so dirty with fingerprints and smears! As we slid down to get our drinks and to pay we noticed the cup holders were out of small cups and the cup holder rack was filthy! No drinks for us! We are done with this location and maybe Subway altogether!
