I was searching for a good bagel sandwich according to the reviews this place was good what a joke my bacon , egg and cheese sandwich was not what I expected everything was microwave in 5 minutes my total with a Latte was $16 this was ridiculous they should be ashamed serving this small sandwich don’t waste your money

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast. Don’t be fooled, when you pull into the location, there are no signs on the building for the cafe. It just looks like a professional office building. Go through the front door, the cafe is straight ahead and on the right. Very friendly staff and great views of the golf course. My wife had the Mediterranean sandwich with sliced turkey. The croissant was flaky and delicious. The pesto was fabulous and was a generous amount. Make sure you know what Turkish coffee is before you order it, it’s authentically made with the grounds. The specialty coffee and tea drinks are fabulous. My wife had the chia tea latte and it was one of the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

The spot is in a office building which caught me off guard a little bit. Inside the cafe it is very pretty and has a back patio with a nice view of a golf course. The lady working was nice and friendly. I got a ham and cheese croissant and it was ok. I also got a strawberry smoothie and it was tasty. Overall would be back and I'll try something else.

*Hidden Gem Alert*…but literally…this cafe sits inside of a beautiful commercial building, towards the back. The View is actually breathtaking, you can see the golf course, look at the beautiful scenery, all while enjoying a coffee, or lunch.
So…okay, the view is great, true to its name.
The variety of coffee is actually astounding, the variety of food, different diverse dishes was absolutely surprising.
This place is definitely on my quiet coffee shop lunch list FOR SURE.

It says they are open at 7:30 . Sign in lobby said now open. Its 7:45 and the lights are off and doors locked. Ibdid not have time to drive around so I came straight here. Disappointed

This is a lovely space with great food. They serve Illy coffee which is one of my all time favorites. I never expected to find this in a commercial building, but I'm glad we stopped!

A hidden gem in Lake Mary!
The name The View truly lives up to itself, absolutely breathtaking scenery, especially at sunset. I had a chai tea latte, and it was smooth, perfectly spiced, and made with care. Always such a peaceful and beautiful café experience. 10/10

Great little place with a wonderful view, fun music, and great food/coffee. Has a European/Turkish feel - would love to come back again soon.

A friend and I were looking for a quiet, lovely place to enjoy a good coffee and bite to eat in Lake Mary, and The Cafe View fit the bill! Much better than I anticipated, with gorgeous view of the golf course, trees, lake. They have indoor seating, but in the early June afternoon, the outdoor seating was also shady and quiet. The Iced Latte was great, as was the Chicken Soup!

I stopped here for a cup of coffee over a year ago when I was in the Lake Mary area for an appointment, and I literally can't stop thinking about how good the coffee was.
Looking forward to having some again.

Excellent Coffee: We enjoyed a cup of Irish Cream Pistachio Latte and a Sugar cookie! It is a wonderful treat and a beautiful view!

Great, hidden jem of a coffee shop, overlooking a golf course and lake. Coffee was fantastic, very strong, and flavorful. Lots of seating for sitting and working. I am looking forward to stopping by again.
