Do not go to this bagel place. Every single time I come into this place they mess my order up. Today I went in for two bagels, one with no egg and a lox bagel, and 2 side orders of hash browns. After waiting 25 min I was given three bagels all three with eggs on it and no hash brown sides. 25 mins and your one job is to make a damn bagel. I called back to tell them they massively messed my order up and I didn’t have time to return back to the store because I already wasted 25 mins there and have to get back to work. I requested a refund and they were unable to do so. Instead they took my name and number , as if I’d ever return to this establishment, not to mention the ORDER WAS 25$!? This place sucks.

This is the third time at the Lake Mary location my bagel was order wrong. I specifically ask for toasted and scooped and neither is done. Can people not read there? I tried calling the store in hopes of speaking with a manager..during their business hours. The phone just rang and rang with nobody picking up.Last time I’m going there. This location has went down hill.

Love the concept and vibe of this place. Coffee is really good and they have coffee ice cubes.
They were giving out free cinnamon rolls as a promotion for a new product. My brother got one and they were giving some out to almost every costumer. Unfortunately they skipped us.
We ordered and they accidentally got our order wrong. I felt bad trying to fix the order because line was so long. It wasn’t a huge deal, breakfast sandwich was good. My cream cheese bagel had almost no cream cheese on it and that was probably the biggest let down.

Maybe next time it will be the best bagel place ever!

They had a promotion of buy 6 bagels get 6 free. I was excited to try freshly made on the spot bagels, boy was I disappointed. These were **LITERALLY** thee worst bagels I’ve ever had in my 30+ years of eating bagels. From the minute I got home every last bagel were rock hard! I got a few cinnamon raisins and they had no taste or flavor, it tasted like I was eating cardboard. Based on the quality and taste of these bagels the city of Brooklyn should sue you for defamation. -5 stars.

I am tired of companies using “New York” on their brand and not delivering “New York “ taste. These bagels taste like Einstein Bagels. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was horrible. They don’t use fresh cracked eggs. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bacon was rubbery. Nothing in this place taste like anything from New York. Horrible . Look at the picture and you can see the cheese and the horrible eggs. Also way too expensive. For a bacon egg and cheese bagel, plain bagel with cream cheese and 2 coffees I paid $25. That’s crazyyyy.

Management and owners are terrible, this location will definitely be going in the red and will definitely be shut down in the near future. Oh and they have a roach infestation.

Waited 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. The bagels are great, but not worth that much of a wait. Lacking organization on how to expedite the correct orders and keep an eye on customers. Multiple people that ordered after us got their food before us and they had cooked food on their bagels (eggs, bacon, etc).

I placed a mobile order at 11:32am so my order would be ready when I got there. I walked inside and saw a huge crowd of people also waiting on orders. We all stood around being ignored by the employees. Finally at 12:25pm almost an hour after placing my order, I asked how much longer it would be. The employee just grabbed a bag that had been sitting there and gave it to me because they forgot about it. Every customer around me was complaint how long their food was taking and how they wouldn’t return here. Do better

UPDATE 1/12/2025: Came back today and still couldn’t pay with a credit card without tipping them!!! Pay your employees I am so sick of this crap!!!! If I don’t want to tip, I should be allowed to not. Instead I have to give them at least .1cent to get past the tip screen!!!!!! BS BS BS BS

Honestly service is usually mediocre but this is one of the only places you can get a semi-genuine New York bagel in Florida.
The issue here lies with the tipping system - I am an avid tipper. Often I’ll tip regardless of if I’m being “served” but I am irked over the inability to opt out of tipping. When you press “other” and type in $0.00 it does not allow you submit until you enter at least .1 cent. At least somewhere like Starbucks there’s a giant “no thanks” button that’s easily accessible. The business is forcing my hand with tipping for the same obvious reasons as everyone else - so they don’t have the pay their employees and put it on the consumer.

11:57 on a Sunday, Just left with my ham egg and cheese everything bagel and side of cream cheese. Somehow they took over 20 minutes for that and the sandwich was cold. Another person had just brought there sandwich that was just delivered to them back for also being cold. They were very busy, but no excuse. Terrible experience.

Nice enough front end employees rude and overworked management employees.
Don't go here.
If you want breakfast, go somewhere else.
Go to Orlando for bagel King or something but do not go here

Ordered a ham and pepper jack cheese with garlic and jalapenos. Tons O' bagel....where is my ham!!!! 1/2 lb my Donkey. Not getting my money any more.
