So I had ordered a bowl and when I told them my rice was cold then thats when the lady started coming off very rude I cant remember her name but shes short,white and blond hair. Very rude if you dont enjoy youe job get out the business! All I wanted was rice that wasn't cold

This use to be a five star review until today's visit. Most sauce was empty. The portion we were served was half the size it should have been. The service is great. The staff is awesome but the value for what we spent was 👎.
You guys are ripping people off now!

I accidentally ordered my food to Lakeland, the manager did not hesitate to make sure I was taken care of and retook my order. Got it out to me extremely fast and it was delicious. Thank you for great service from the manager on October 26th 2025!

So far from what it use to be. This location and all the others. Staff is still nice but the cost cutting is out of control. No protein on the entrees

Avg food, walk up ordering, chips were a little stale, but salsa selection is very extensive.

Came for lunch yesterday. I was charged for items I didn't ask for, then I was told I would get refunded. I never got the refund. I also asked the same girl who took my order if I could get a to go box. She said yes then just a minute later started bossing tables and completely forgot about me.

Had a simple issue with my food. Manager went above and beyond but kore importantly this place is AMAZING! Food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty! Will return weekly.

Walked in around 8:30 on Sunday was not greeted at all. The server at the register was rude and acted like they didn't want to take our order. Asked her name and she looked offended. i think it was bella. Definitely not comin back here.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, but was very disappointed. I ordered a beef burrito wet with a side of chips and queso to go. When I got home the burrito was not wet and the thing was filled almost completely with rice. I think there was a tablespoon of beef. What a joke. I won’t be going back. Maybe this is the norm there now because the place was empty around 7:45 pm on a Friday. This is also why I never tip when I pay at a register.

Top notch service today! My husband mixed up his order and when I went to ask to change it and Devin came in and took full control fixing our order quickly with freshness and deliciousness. Made sure to check and see if we needing anything else etc. Great experience!

i’ve been coming to this establishment for well over five years and used to work here. this is the cleanest the floor has been in a very long time. I want to give a shout out to Ciera Shipley front of house employee. She did amazing sweeping and does amazing cleaning and making the front is very clean!

I love my tijuana :-) the store is really looking dingy but the food is always good and fresh!
