Great experience the bays offer great spot for groups to play. The golf games offer unique strategies ranging from Angry Bird, Sonic, and others that groups can enjoy. The service and food Top level!

Topgolf is great for the whole family. My wife and I enjoy coming here on both a date night as well as visiting here with the kids. The facility design in Lake Mary is top-notch. We are usually able to grab a bite to eat and then get right to playing without any weight. The staff is attentive and professional. Always a fun time!

Last year we tried to go watch a Thursday night NFL game and quickly found out that this place, with giant TVs, didn’t have the game. We left.
Last night I decided to give it a go once again. I walked in the front door and turned left to the bar. It’s beautiful. I watched some poker on one screen and decided what I’d like to eat and drink. I moved my seat closer to the bar to make sure someone would serve me. After 20 minutes and never seeing a single bartender or server I walked out. The hostess said “thanks for coming” totally oblivious that I had not been served.
It has to be poor management. The place is beautiful. I live down the street and will probably never return.

Don't ever make a reservation. Place is not even close to full but because we were Running late they deducted time. I will never make another reservation here. Terrible customer service. Might no come back.
Super Clean, Fast Service, Hardly ever a wait time. Really fun for everyone, even those who don't golf.

We spent a good hour and a half to two hours golfing. Kids were getting a little restless so being the best Aunt ever I took the kids outside to play corn hole just for my niece to get attacked by wasps. My nephew moved a cushion on an outdoor couch on the main floor and there were at least 20 wasps the exploded from the nest behind it. I grabbed the kids and ran. Now I understand nature is nature. But it was the response the establishment had to the situation (which was nothing) I had to ask for help which you can clearly see the distress we are in, my niece is screaming and crying and come to find out she was stung 3 times. The front desk just stared. I had to scream for ice that took FOREVER. It was horrible. Im allergic, and would have closed up and stopped breathing. My niece has never been stung and that could also happen to her, the panic is real, the threat was real and I was terrified. And to just be stared at by employees is wild to me. Out of the 5 of us that were out there she was the only one stung. No one did anything about the situation out there either. When I was leaving, the door and out side was still accessible to the potential threat. We spent a lot of money there and were treated like we didn't matter when a crisis came up. Do better, train better and be prepared. Clean the cushions look around for possible threats to customers, have a plan. Thankfully my niece was ok, but who knows for the next victim.

First time at this establishment... didn't miss. Kids enjoyed it. Food higher quality then expected. Except for the tater tots.. over cooked. Games are great. Maybe need more animated stuff... but angry birds was a hit.
update: Visited June 14th, 2025 Didnt miss again... great hospitality from Bri. Thank you. Snacks and drinks good.. and golfing was fun. Thanks for refilling my water bottle... it was a HOT ONE that day. The new Sonic the HedgeHog game not as great as anticipated. But Block Party was cool.

Staff is not friendly and made our stay very uncomfortable. Our “server’s” name was AJ and he was extremely rude and seemed bothered to assist us with anything. We ignored it and continued our evening. Didn’t get any service because we honestly wanted to avoid him being around us and ruining our time. On the way out I mentioned it to a manager and the manager (G.Harrison) was equally unhelpful and extremely condescending. Clearly our concerns will not be addressed to the AJ guy. Left feeling ridiculed. Been at this location many times but will for sure never return.
