We came to topgolf at the last minute and drove an hour and a half 2 hours for my son's birthday, because it was the only thing that we could think to do after the hurricane.
Even though The game wasn't counting things correctly. They took the care of us and the service and the management here has been excellent.
Ashley is a great server, and Brian, the manager took really good care of us.
I highly recommend coming to this topgolf.
They really care about their customers and their customer service is top tier!

I ordered a pina colada and what a disappointment... the glass is not the right one for the pina colada, it was a smaller glass. The flavor of the pina colada was good, but the glass was full of ice (the pina colada doesn't have ice cubes) and whipped cream (it doesn't have ice cubes either) and it was only one ounce of pina colada.

My girlfriend and I stopped by for lunch and drinks on my birthday. We played 30 mins of golf and ordered several drinks. The minute our “session” ended the server started hounding us to leave the table. The tables are for people that are actively golfing and god forbid you take 5 minutes to rest between sessions. Oh I forgot to mention there were 20+ tables open. Mind you, we were still finishing our last margarita. I would rather jump in a campfire before I came here again.

Our group of five was having a great time at the booth until the end of our meal when things took a turn. Although we had some time left on our game, a waitress came by and asked if we were done. Even though we said we were finished playing, it was clear we were still enjoying our food and drinks. Unfortunately, we felt rushed as she waited for us to pay the bill.

A few minutes after paying, the acting manager, Hunter, approached our table and asked us to leave the booth, citing that our time was up and the table needed to be cleaned. His approach was blunt and lacking tact. We explained we were just finishing our wine and would leave shortly, but he insisted we vacate immediately, standing over us in a way that made us uncomfortable.

Despite having spent a significant amount on food, drinks, and the booth, we felt this treatment was unnecessary. After leaving the booth, we noticed that it remained empty for the rest of our time there, which made the situation even more frustrating. Hunter later claimed it was "policy" for us to vacate, but the way it was handled left a bad impression on all of us.

This experience put a damper on what was otherwise an enjoyable evening, and we left feeling disappointed by the lack of consideration shown.

I had the pleasure of visiting Topgolf in Lake Mary today for a work event, and while the golfing experience itself is pretty much the same across all Topgolf locations, what really stood out to me was the exceptional level of service. If you’ve been to a Topgolf before, you know the drill—it’s a fun, high-tech driving range that offers a great time with friends or colleagues. However, what made this visit truly memorable wasn’t just the game; it was the people who made the experience special.

We were fortunate to be served by Dawn, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her attentiveness was unparalleled—she was always there when we needed something but never hovered, striking the perfect balance. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work, and it really showed. Dawn’s warm personality and genuine care for her customers turned what could have been just another work outing into something exceptional. She definitely deserves all the kudos and, honestly, all the tips because she’s truly great at her job.

But it wasn’t just Dawn who made a difference. The entire staff at this Topgolf location went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and welcoming attitudes. Every manager, bartender, and even the facilities staff made eye contact, said hello, and ensured we felt valued and appreciated. It’s the little things like this that elevate the experience from good to outstanding.

Topgolf is known for providing a consistent and enjoyable golfing experience, but the service at this Lake Mary location is what truly sets it apart. It’s clear that the team here understands the importance of customer service and works hard to make sure every guest has a memorable time. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just there for a fun day out, you can expect top-notch service that makes you feel like a VIP.

In summary, while the golfing experience at Topgolf is consistent across locations, the Lake Mary spot stands out for its exceptional service. Just attended a wedding at this location. It was such fun! We had a brunch buffet. The food was great. Mimosas were spot on. Andrea and all the staff were attentive and paid extra attention to the bride and groom to make their day extra special. Thank you all for a great experience!

Service was bad. The 2 ladies running the 3rd floor bar Tuesday Aug. 13th were very rude and disrespectful. We pulled up an extra chair to our table to make it 6 , a waitress walked by and told us we could only have 5 chairs at the table and took it away just as our food got there to eat. Terrible service all around

Our first time visiting Topgolf and it was really fun. Clearly, it is not a realistic simulation but more of an immersive video game-like experience which was great for the non-golfers. When we arrived there were no pods available but, while we waited we walked up to the bar and had a couple of drinks on the terrace. Once at the pod, we ordered some food as well, which turned out to be quite tasty. The installations were in good condition and the service was excellent.

It was great coming back to the place I had part two of my first date with my wife some years back. It was very nostalgic. The food was great, the drinks were great, good variety of music, and the service was top notch which is the most important part. I meant to take more pictures but I couldn’t help myself with the food, it was just too good. Overall, I had a great time as I know I would. 10/10 fun night.

Went here with our school for a staff event and was super disappointed. It wasn’t the rules themselves that were harsh or unreasonable, but the delivery from the employees. When I walked in, I brought coffee for some of my staff members (wasn’t aware that no outside beverages were allowed) and was told 2 times that I couldn’t bring it upstairs (which I wasn’t even attempting to go upstairs, just standing trying to chug my coffee the second time I was informed.) Both had a rude and uncomfortable tone and one got on her radio and shared with employees that someone “difficult” was coming upstairs…. Which is the opposite of how I am with people in the service industry, having been in it myself. I’m an over tipper and someone who busses their own table anytime I go out and I only say for context to help explain where I’m coming from. When we left they allowed us to bring the salad left over from catering, but not the queso (fine,) but the girl who informed us told us with a stern and harsh tone making everyone in the surrounding area uncomfortable. Delivery needs to be modified here, because it made me feel like I was in a strict environment and didn’t really achieve the relaxed and fun atmosphere that it should. Again, I’m ok with rules, just the delivery needs to be better.
