I asked for no red peppers, they put red peppers. The sweet potatoes taste like rubber. I asked for no chia seeds got that as well. Smoothies taste watered down, what a waste !

I want to start this review saying that I'm a huge fan of tropical smoothie cafe, and I eat here very frequently. It's a healthier option to most fast food places around where I work and the food is usually always good, and the staff is always attentive and nice. In the last two years of eating here a few times a month on my lunch break at work I can't really remember ever having any problems with my orders which is rare in the fast food industry and worth a shoutout. However, this is the second or third time where I've ordered a flatbread and when I opened it, I noticed a bunch of the lettuce hanging out that was brown and slimy and rotten. I know lettuce doesn't last for very long, so there's that, but you still shouldn't be serving rotten fruits and veggies to your customers.

I was craving a wrap so I thought I’d check them out. I got the Baja chicken with jalapeño corn. Something just tastes off about the wrap to me, can’t put my finger on what it is - it may be the pickled onions or salsa, or maybe the tortilla picking up some off flavors from something, but I’m not a big fan. The jalapeño corn was pretty good though, and my online order was ready and waiting for me.
Got lucky to be served by Brady and Milli today. Great Service 💯/ 💯

Was excited to try the Hawaiian Slider. Was very disappointed when I received it. The top bun was burnt on the sides. The bun itself was hard. There was very little meat on the slider for a cost of almost $4. I ate a bite of the slider and iir was seasoned well and had enough sauce. I ended up throwing the sandwich out because I couldn't eat the burnt bread.
