I want to start this review saying that I'm a huge fan of tropical smoothie cafe, and I eat here very frequently. It's a healthier option to most fast food places around where I work and the food is usually always good, and the staff is always attentive and nice. In the last two years of eating here a few times a month on my lunch break at work I can't really remember ever having any problems with my orders which is rare in the fast food industry and worth a shoutout. However, this is the second or third time where I've ordered a flatbread and when I opened it, I noticed a bunch of the lettuce hanging out that was brown and slimy and rotten. I know lettuce doesn't last for very long, so there's that, but you still shouldn't be serving rotten fruits and veggies to your customers.

I was craving a wrap so I thought I’d check them out. I got the Baja chicken with jalapeño corn. Something just tastes off about the wrap to me, can’t put my finger on what it is - it may be the pickled onions or salsa, or maybe the tortilla picking up some off flavors from something, but I’m not a big fan. The jalapeño corn was pretty good though, and my online order was ready and waiting for me.

Was excited to try the Hawaiian Slider. Was very disappointed when I received it. The top bun was burnt on the sides. The bun itself was hard. There was very little meat on the slider for a cost of almost $4. I ate a bite of the slider and iir was seasoned well and had enough sauce. I ended up throwing the sandwich out because I couldn't eat the burnt bread.

Don’t order hot food there!! We ordered wraps and Dilas. Never again!!! My wife and I were on the toilet all day the next day. It was our first time ordering hot food, don’t do it!!! Smoothies and cold food are amazing!! Hot food is not their thing…either their quality they purchase from their distributor is cheap, or their employees aren’t trained on preparing hot food. I wonder if their have there food handlers/food safety certification. Probably not….

Service was good. Courteous and quick. Açaí bowl is ok. For the amount of food, you’d think this is a small bowl. Other smoothie places have much bigger bowls. This one is more like a snack.
