I went to Wendy's pulled up to the drive-thru and the guy comes over the speaker and instead of saying good evening or hello. Just says cash or card. The whole experience was the worst experience I've ever had at the Wendy's and I like Wendy's cuz they have a good burgers when we get home. We realize we have no food like we're missing two whole meals. It was just a mes worst experience ever and then I called the restaurant and theyv acted like they didn't even care. Did not even care. Just poor service and I probably will never go back to this Wendy's again

After waiting several minutes at the counter for someone to take my order, I went somewhere else to eat. Nice looking interior. One of the nicer Wendy's I didn’t eat at.

The food is never fresh. The people always have attitudes you can tell this is a family franchise because they all work together and then when you go to return the item to get an exchange, they have a nasty attitude. I would not recommend or suggest this Wendy’s to anybody. They got my last $12 that we ever get.

Made to wait 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito to be made at 10bam, they claimed several times it took that long to cook eggs. Wait time bad. The breakfast fries were cold and soggy, the burrito was gross.
