Is a good place with great potential, the food is ok, I ordered a chicken pincho and a steaktrami sandwich. The pincho was on the undercooked side but at least not raw and it have almost no sauce, the sandwich was also good but too much garlic sauce and no mayoketchup (which for a hispanic place is a disappointment).The servers are attentive, menu is confusing at points and even the servers seem to get confused by it, I ask about what side comes in a combo and they said non, I point at the menu that it says it comes with a side (hence name combo right?) his reply was that was extra charge and then said that it depends of the item.

We never got a chance to try the food. There were maybe 6 people in the restaurant already eating when we arrived. We sat waiting for 35 minutes after placing our order, and when the people 2 tables away got there food (after being there maybe 15 minutes) we cancelled our order and left. The food maybe good, but the service is unacceptable. We only had 3 in our party, the other table had 5.

Oh man, I am dreaming about the loaded fries!!!! The food is always good at the original location and this one did not disappoint. Definitely coming back!

We’ve been customer’s of the Orlando location for year (way before the remodel/ expansion when the original owners were together) and have always liked the ambience, food and prices. Today we wen’t to the Lake Mary location and we were so disappointed. Only 2 employees taking care of the tables, “bar area” and greeting/sitting guest, I ordered the Mofongo with steak (onions and peppers) and my husband got 1 pork 1 chicken skewer, we also got 2 alcapurrias and a piña colada. The only thing that was good were the alcapurrias and they arrived at the table after our food was already there. I asked for some “mayoketchup” and had to wait 10 min for it, the meet had no flavor and my husbands skewers were undercooked. Overall an experience that cannot be compared to the Orlando location. Definitely $40 tosed to the trash ? won’t be coming back to thisLocation and will not recommend it.

The food was salty, they gave me a sandwich that tasted and smelled like the meat was rotten. The floor was so sticky when you walk in. They take long making the food. Bit everyones food came out at the same time. Horrible experience.

Asked a local for a unique sandwich shop; I certainly hit the jackpot. i tried the Jibarito which has two fried plantains substituting for bread and a wonderful combination of chicken with lettuce, onion, mayo ketchup, cheese, cilantro garlic sauce and french fries. Terrific!
