it's absolutely shocking that the checkers on northlake is gone, but this hell hole is still somehow still open. they always mess up orders and nobody seems to care.

This place is horrible. Tried to give them one more chance at doing the simplest of things which is being a fast food provider. They are very slow and have horrible customer service. Tried they failed won’t be back ever again.

No bacon , no cheesy tots no half the menu. Trying to order had two people talking in the mic. One guy is randomly talking to some customer service for something he ordered in Spanish. Food was meh. Put our drinks in coffee cups with coffee lids lmao.

I keep trying to give another chance, but the last few visits have made me decide never to return until new management or overhaul. 1. Service is always extremely slow (no matter what time it is). 2. There is always something that I can not order because they are out. 3. Speaker always seems to have a problem when giving orders at the drive thru.

Go literally anywhere else. New Years Day, closes at 10pm. It's only 8:50 but they are locked up saying they choose at 9. It isn't even 9.
