Location does not understand food allergies. If you have a nut allergy, do not come here and order custard items. The woman at the drive through window was rude when I tried to explain that my peanut allergy requires that they make it on a separate machine or hand mix the concrete mixer (as they normally do for allergy orders). When I suggested they make it on the separate allergy machine as they usually do to avoid cross contamination, she gave me an attitude.

Last night I returned to the Lake Park Culver’s to be given a small one scoop butter pecan ice cream that was left off my order previously. After about 5 minutes at the window and repeating the same thing. The owner Robert came to the window asking me to pull around. Robert bought me a full pint out and said Thank you for your business…. I replied it was only a scoop. Robert said enjoy it I will be a returning customer Thank you Robert the Owner 5 star treatment

For being "fast food" the quality is phenomenal. The burgers are as good, if not better than I can get at a casual dining restaurant. The custard shakes are the BEST. Service is always friendly and fast. I literally don't know of any other place you can get cheese curds around here that are actual cheese curds.
