Stink Well
Ordered a simple Oreo + Brownie milkshake and it took almost 10 minutes, I had to go up there and request for it. Despite standing there no one check on my order or questioned me despite having four staff members stand at the front talking and laughing. They then proceed to give me the wrong milkshake and I then had to go back in :/

The lady at the drive thru window must be having a bad day because all I did was ask her a simple question being as respectful as possible and she does this slow head turn while rolling her eyes and speaking to me as if I’m an idiot… but the food great as always!
Great hamburger restaurant. Love the food and great to dine in. Ice cream is fantastic to follow up after meal. I wish they open Culver's near me.

Location does not understand food allergies. If you have a nut allergy, do not come here and order custard items. The woman at the drive through window was rude when I tried to explain that my peanut allergy requires that they make it on a separate machine or hand mix the concrete mixer (as they normally do for allergy orders). When I suggested they make it on the separate allergy machine as they usually do to avoid cross contamination, she gave me an attitude.

Last night I returned to the Lake Park Culver’s to be given a small one scoop butter pecan ice cream that was left off my order previously. After about 5 minutes at the window and repeating the same thing. The owner Robert came to the window asking me to pull around. Robert bought me a full pint out and said Thank you for your business…. I replied it was only a scoop. Robert said enjoy it I will be a returning customer Thank you Robert the Owner 5 star treatment
