The one star is for the service at the drive through...the order taker that was working on 1/27/26 at 7:50 pm, register #5, order id: AAAQDNFYALJG, and I hope this narrows it down to who you are. The order was recorded and I wish I could play it back so you can hear. You got the order wrong, did not listen after the person clearly said it 3 times. Then, to end all, you were wrong, rude and unapologetic. I have been to this location in the past and have never experienced such poor service. 😔

Worst fast-food experience I’ve had Absolutely terrible service at Culver’s in Lake Park, FL. I bought two gift cards online and received two $10 coupons. I ordered a $12 chicken sandwich and handed them the coupons. No one warned me that I would lose the remaining $8 balance instead of just paying the $2 difference. That is misleading and unacceptable. It then took them over 30 minutes to explain this after the order, while my food sat there getting cold. When I complained, they refused to remake the sandwich and actually microwaved it. Yes — microwaved a fast-food sandwich instead of making a fresh one. To make it worse, I called Culver’s corporate, left a detailed message, and never received a callback. Clearly, they don’t care. Bad communication, bad attitude, cold food, and zero accountability. I seriously miss McDonald’s — at least they know how to treat customers. This location is a complete failure. Never again.
