The one star is for the service at the drive through...the order taker that was working on 1/27/26 at 7:50 pm, register #5, order id: AAAQDNFYALJG, and I hope this narrows it down to who you are. The order was recorded and I wish I could play it back so you can hear. You got the order wrong, did not listen after the person clearly said it 3 times. I’m a Culver’s fan, but even by Wisconsin standards the staff at this particular Culver’s are far and away the friendliest i’ve ever experienced! Hats off to the staff and management.
