How is it. That this sub shop only has a 4.4 review. I am a sub sandwich snob. We travel full time in our RV. And every time we come back to the West Palm area it is a must stop for us. The bread is fresh and soft. The meat is always fresh. And the employees are always friendly. There is no way these reviews can be this low for a sub shop that out does everybody else.

The young lady that took my order was very nice and polite. Dinning area and bathroom clean and not bad odors. My turkey sub was delicious. The bread was soft and the cup of shoestring fries was hot and delicious. I definitely recommend.

Just left ordered a whole steak and cheese and steak bomb whole... Nasty, Nasty Nasty 34.00 wasted..best thing was the free cup of ice. Bacon and cheese non existent on the bomb. Had a burnt taste.

Excellent customer service! Stopped in while waiting for my car to be serviced and ordered a tuna sub with some fries. The cashier was no nonsense but very nice when I said I didn't know what I wanted. She quickly helped me narrow it down and I took her suggestion to try the tuna. I barely had time to sit down before she was delivering my piping hot fries and fresh sub. "We don't mess around!" She says! The sub bread was fresh and soft and the tuna was yummy. I'll be making this a regular spot when I get car service.

I had to write a review after my experience here. I went in to buy some of their bread to make subs for fishing and ordered a sandwhich since I was already there. Took less than 5 minutes and they bring food to your table. Crispy fries and the burger bomb was on point.
The guys working there were great especially Fernando. A special needs gentleman came in and asked for some water and I was blown away by the interaction. I have a son with special needs and I was really impressed with what I saw. I plan on telling everyone that will listen to eat here as often as possible. The owner is lucky to have someone with that much heart looking out for his business. If you’re craving a sub and reading reviews just go here or order online.

Small business sandwich shop. Employees have been there for as long as I have been going. About 5 years. Tuna bomb is solid.
I love Jon Smith subs but this location always forgets the BBQ sauce on my BBQ bacon steak sub.
The BBQ bacon steak is the only sub that I ever order from Jon Smith Subs, and BBQ is in the name of the sub.
It’s not like I’m asking for something extra!
Whenever I order this sub, I always ask for jalepeños and they forgot those, too!
Also, I asked for a side of BBQ, and that was missing as well.
The location in Jupiter, FL, always gets it right, but I live in Palm Beach Gardens.

I'm writing this hoping management will see it. I really love John Smith subs, I can't personally drive due to major injury. I do however placw my orders through delivery services paying the inflated fees, which is fine and all, but every time I place an order there's things missing or wrong. This time the Fries weren't delivered, last time a different sandwich was sent, the time before that the drink wasn't sent, It's such a pain in the butt, I don't understand since in person this had never happened but all three times the order has been wrong when delivered.

I Have ordered Sandwiches from 3 different Locations,Always Great food and service unill today! $16.00 total. Cost everywhere is high,Especially dining Out.It is expected! However when you pay the cost you should receive the same quality. Instead I got A Flat tasting Fountain drink, And Sub Sandwich order received wrong.. Whose order was This?? 0 vegetables??.
