Good steak subs. Make sure they toast bread, if you want it toasted.

I think their subs are average- my husband prefers them. The staff on Northlake is amazing!

Steak, Onion, and Mushrooms with the famous fries. The sweet tea is worthy to have it I.V.ed.

Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. Always clean and kept up. At Jon Smith Lake Park, they treat you like family. The wait time on food is understandable for the quality of food you are waiting for. On the occasion that you go in during a busy lunch, they will have you walking out as soon as possible with a smile on your face. Small staff, so if you come back, you'll be sure to recognize a face, and they may even recognize you, which is always great. The fries are ALWAYS fresh (they drop them as ordered). Any of the bomb subs (steak bomb, burger bomb, tuna bomb) are the BOMB for real. The Cubans also make a delicious meal if you aren't all about the veggies. The BEST cold sub would definitely have to be the tuna. It's made fresh daily with celery and lemon. And if you aren't a fish person, the Italian cold cut is a great option as well.. you could even get it hot and toasted.

Your sandwiches suck all bread, stale bread. I am at executive chef and I would never say never order a sandwich from you guys again disgrace, subway, surfers, better sandwiches did you guys

Pretty good place for cheesesteaks. They are open later than other restaurants in the area and I always love a good sub. The steak bombs are amazing as is the sweet teriyaki sub. The ice tea is pretty good there too. They have a drive-through, but I never used it. Above average for a local sub shop. Although John Smith is a franchise, this is not corporate owned or on their website.

I brought 2 chicken bomb meals combos for 36 dollars got home and started eating my food and there was hair in my sub , that the owner made named Tracee , called the store and explained to the cashier Cisneros and she told me to bring the food back. And she would give me my money back , when I got there she argued with me and refused to give me back $36. She only gave me $15 back and I brought back both subs the french fries and the potato chips minus the two small drinks. This is the worst place I ever ate it and let me not say that they barely put any meat on the sub for $36. and worst of all they don’t wear hairnets. This is the most disgusting sub shop I’ve ever ate at specially when I had somebody’s hair in my mouth and they refused to give me back my money $36 is too much to pay to have hair in your mouth , I will never eat at this sub shop again I rate this store is zero rating for not taking care of their customers the way they should
