Don’t come here. Customer service doesn’t exist in this restaurant. Literally everyone in there had an attitude and looked miserable. Cashier was just rude. Then there was a palmetto bug crawling down the wall. The energy just makes your feel unwanted.

This is being one of the worst if not the worst location we have ever been. We got a family meal, and there were couple of beans floating on a container full of water, cashier was not even capable of explain what was the difference between a large and a small size of fried yuca. We did not get any sauces and when asked for it we received some type of attitude that show their bad customer service. I will never come back to this location again

It’s a little difficult to give an accurate rating here because the food and service really depends on the day and time you go. When it’s good it’s great. But I have also had completely inaccurate meals, cold food, super slow service. Probably depends on who is working or if a manager is on site paying attention. I wish they would be more consistent and I would go more often.

The guy taking orders could not hear or understand or something. Three people had to re-state order twice each for him to repeat it back properly, and then he still charged us for a coke no one ordered.

Horrible drive thru service took forever to get my food. When I arrived home to eat I barely had any beans just water, my fries were all hard as a rock like they gave me fries from the day before barely gave me any chicken mostly bones and one good breast piece. I’ll never be returning.
Really good food. But employees should be more happy when working. Not having a mean face.

Hello my friends. Here is a good place to eat.Really good Puerto Rican/Cuban food. I had the Cuban sandwich. Excellent wirh one small flaw. The sandwich is suppose to be heated between two hot surfaces. This one was except one sirface was too how and it made the bread a little hard. I wouldn't let that stop you from ordering it. I will definitely get it again. Its genuine and delicious.
