Wanted a chicken sandwich with cheese. Said no problem. Got a 1/4 of a chicken breast with a side of shredded cheese.. Wanted a chicken Ceasars salad. Got watered down dressing and a hand full of chicken. Ordered a choppy top and they forgot the sauce after asking atleast 3 time. Not a single item Ordered was correct or even worth the price. Every time I come here I remember why I don't. Sad because it used to be a quality establishment.

They were killing the drive through but at the expense of the inside diners. Four delivery drivers stood there for 20 minutes while we walked in, ordered and were then served. They just forgot about them. After I picked up, they all charged the counter then got served.
Food was great (quarter chicken dark)! Not cilantro dressing though ,ðŸ˜

Yesterday I went in around 6pm and it was busy. Cant complain about the wait time, food was great tho. The only complain that i have is that there was a man I think he was the manager just standing there yelling at the workers.

Went to pick up dinner after 5 o’clock. Guess what, they had no chicken. A chicken place but no chicken ready for another 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

So I bought the pork sandwich which in the advertisement is loaded with meat and cost $8 dollars due to all the meat! The sandwich should be $2.99, theirs a third of the meat that comes on the sandwich than the picture on the menu.. certainly not worth no $8 dollars if I have to eat three to be semi full🙄

Terrible food, Poor service. Way too long wait times. Missing items. Overpriced food. Charred chicken. Stingy with sauces. Fried yuca is always too dry and over cooked or insanely soggy. Workers are super rude. Why do I always have to pull around to wait an eternity for food. It's like they forget there are customers waiting. Then I go inside and they all look at me like I have three heads.

I come here all the time and most of the times I always have the same cashier, I believe her name is Zeli/Zeili. She’s by far the best cashier I’ve come across at this Pollo. She gave amazing customer service and was very nice. She also helped me understand what the combo that I wanted came with. Shoutout to her! 😄

Don’t come here. Customer service doesn’t exist in this restaurant. Literally everyone in there had an attitude and looked miserable. Cashier was just rude. Then there was a palmetto bug crawling down the wall. The energy just makes your feel unwanted.
