Every time I come to this location it takes 10 plus minutes just for someone to take orders. It just takes so long to get your food and go. I’m not sure if it’s not enough employees or what but it needs to be better. Cause it makes no sense that this happens every time.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
They say FOREVER to take your order. I’ve been going here for years and this new staff is terrible. They never have ice cream and when they do they do not mix it at all. That employees are so rude. I had a mobile older and the app told me to go to the drive thru window because of an issue and these people literally yelled at us. They told us they only doing drive thru and had us waiting for over 30 minutes. We wait 29 minutes for two drinks and they want even right. AGAIN DONT GO HERE !!!!

Drive through is always slow. They never greet you takes almost 3 minutes to even acknowledge you at the intercom. Then takes another 5 to make the food. Customer service is just horrible. Being understaff and behind is completely understandable but at least be courteous enough tell customer to give you second and apologize for the wait. Food came out cold on top of that .

Lazy… their hours are open til midnight. went to push the button to order my food and was told their system was down meanwhile they’re servicing people outside and in the drive thru.. completely lazy lying people. you get paid the same way whether you served me my food or not.

The young man that took my order and brought my food has awesome customer service and made customers feel welcome. This review is about the food not the workers. The burger was raw and pink inside and mushy. I didn’t want to risk food poisoning and had to throw it away.

Ordered on the app. After waiting in the drive through line I was told what I ordered was not available, hasn’t been for some time. Maybe you shouldn’t be able to order that item. Then you have to call and wait on hold for a refund. They can’t do that at the store. Waste of time.

Service is absolutely horrible. I took a 25 minute ride to get to the only sonics we have in West Palm Beach area just to be stuck in a drive-through line at the window for 30 minutes. All I ordered was a Burger and fries and these people continuously left me at that window for over 25 to 30 minutes while they continue to bring out other customers food behind me and then when I tell them I’m over this because I feel like y’all are playing with me I would like a refund they refuse to give me a refund How could you refuse to give somebody their money when they’re not even getting in the food!!!!! I am livid right now because the disrespect is ridiculous and customer service now I can’t believe how y’all have these type of people operate in your businesses now they took my money and I still have no food and stuck in 5 o’clock traffic because of your horrible employees

Went to the drive thru asked for a drink and didn’t make the pink flamingo so got another drink. The parking lot is dirty and windows and inside so filthy plus didn’t give me my change. A health inspector should check on this place

They need to shut this location down, every time I go it takes over 30 mins to get food, the customer sucks. I went there for 2 pretzels waited over 20 mins and the cashier was rude and forgot to give me my change back.

I visited this Sonic location for the first time and had an unusual experience with payment. I typically use Apple Pay, but this location only accepts it through their app, which I don’t have. As a result, I had to hand over my physical card for payment. Unlike most fast-food places where the payment terminal is at the window, my card was taken out of sight for several minutes before being returned to me.

In addition to that, the entire transaction took about 20 minutes to complete, even though I only ordered one item (cheddar peppers).

Later that night, I noticed an unauthorized $100 charge on my account. While I can’t say for certain that it was related to this visit, it was an unusual coincidence, especially since I almost always use Apple Pay and have never experienced fraudulent charges before.

Thankfully, my bank quickly resolved the issue, but I wanted to share my experience so others can be mindful. If you visit this location, I’d recommend keeping an eye on your transactions and, if possible, using a payment method that doesn’t require handing over your card.

I don't go to this sonic often but when I do it's a long wait. Today was something else though I got my first order a slushie and when Im About to leave a homeless man comes out of nowhere and reaches into my car and asks for my slushie I just gave it to him because I had my baby in the car and didn't want any trouble. I already waited 20 minutes for my own drink and when I turn around list the entrance to get another one I find out only one person is working here today and I wait another how ever much longer time still here waiting while typing this. So far it's been another 20 minutes. I already paid on the app or I would have just left. People are coming and being told there is only one person working they wait like 10 minutes then leave without having service. This is crazy either shut down the store or whoever is hiring needs to hire better people that don't call out. Is it even legal to have one person working on shift?
