Worst Sonic’s I’ve ever been to. Gave me my Sonic Smasher cold, cheese unmelted, patty not smashed, and every onion they have in stock. We also ordered French toast sticks, which come with the syrup.. we let them know the syrup packet was not in the bag and they said sauces are .25 cents. We explained that the syrup COMES with the French toast sticks and they said no. I see why this location is empty.

Wish I could give zero stars. We ordered a cup of ice cream and a root beer and waited 35 minutes before we tried calling the workers on the sign. No one answered, but they turned it off. So we waited until 45 minutes went by. We eventually went to the front where the doors to the kitchen were to let them know. They just looked at us, so I called the Sonic. Again, they didn't answer. So we waited another 5 minutes at the door. Eventually, someone came to the door. Once we told them we waited 45 minutes in the car, they said oooooo okay. They then proceeded to go make it, which took a total of 2 minutes. The sad thing is we weren't the other people who had waited. Now, the drive-through, I believe, had about 20 or more cars go through while we were there. Number of employees in the kitchen 6-7. Giggling, laughing, talking, and playing around.

Every single time I come to this place there are always like 3 cars in the parking lot and drive through and they still take forever… we always end up leaving because there’s no way it should take that long for a fast food restaurant. One person will order in the rice through and then it takes another 15 mins for them to take the next cars order. They probably lose so much buisness because of this. Idk what the managers are doing to run this place but they need to do better.

The service and the people who work here are RUDE and I will never be back! There’s a lady who wears a handmade crochet bucket hat that made me wait 30 min for 1 item I placed and even gave me a side eye when she passed my car, the “manager” named Haley (if they gave the right name) was extremely RUDE as well when I asked why did 2 cars get their order before me. She went inside and yelled “ohhh Loooordieeee” (you know that “type” ?! I guess I can’t expect much from a person only qualified enough to work at a sonic!

Absolutely ridiculous service! Waited half an hour for a hot dog, burger, and 2 drinks and the flavor in the drinks is all wrong and out of calibration for the machines. Absolutely ridiculous for chain to be this sloppy and understaffed
TOOK ALMSOT AN HOUR TO GET A CHEESEBURGER and it wasn’t busy at all. Had to leave the stall and go though the drive-thru. I would’ve cancelled the order online, but there is nothing on the app that allows you to cancel, so I had to wait for it. Absolutely Ridiculous. Will not be coming back

Every time I come to this location it takes 10 plus minutes just for someone to take orders. It just takes so long to get your food and go. I’m not sure if it’s not enough employees or what but it needs to be better. Cause it makes no sense that this happens every time.
