This is supposed to be fast food. Over 20 minutes to get my food is crazy. Especially since there was only one car at the window. I don't know why I couldn't use the voice box I had to order at the window. The burger was good. french fries were cold and old. I wouldn't recommend coming to this Sonic. I have only been to one other and this service was so bad I may not go to another sonic after this experience.

I will never EVER go to Sonic again. What I went through yesterday in order to get a sundae for myself and my son was just insane. I could write two pages worth of ridiculousness just to describe this ONE interaction, but instead I'll try to summarize.. I wanted two sundaes that we saw advertised on a sign right next to their employee door. The app wouldn't work, spent 10 minutes trying to log into it before I gave up and pressed the button to order. I was then told that I needed to go to the drive through, even after an employee came to my car and asked if I had ordered and I hadn't due to the app problems, never mentioning that they wouldn't take my order at the stall. So I go to the drive through speaker where I am told over the speaker that they will take my order at the window. Ok.. go to the window.. ask for two of their Oreo cheesecake sundaes that are advertised for $3.99. I am told I have to order those through the app. Then I tell them the app won't work. After much back and forth between employees and much confusion about whether I am even allowed to purchase the sundaes, they open the window and hand me a cup full of ice cream, and then just stare at me like I am supposed to leave now. I hadn't even paid. So I asked for a second sundae AGAIN, and then a second employee comes and tells me that they gave me that for free and I'll have to pay $2 for a second one. I was confused, sitting there with a $20 bill IN MY HAND.. I said thank you, but I am willing to pay for my ice cream, I would just like a second one. She takes my $20, and more back and forth go on between the two female employees about what to do with me.. mind you I had already told the first employee that what I was asking for was the advertised special that is on a window sign right outside of their door, to which she replied "Oh yeah, it is!".. a few minutes later I am handed some sort of thrown together concoction and given $12.65 back from my $20. I am just stunned at this point. The first employee apologizes, offers me napkins, and I drive away. This whole series of events took about 25 minutes.. The ice cream "sundaes" that we were given weren't even made like they were supposed to be made and were not good. I felt like I employee 2 just didn't want to deal with me at all, even though through all of this, I remained pleasant though obviously confused as to why this was all happening. It was as though I was on candid camera and any minute someone would jump out and go "haha! We got you!", but sadly, it was actually real.

Came back and waited for nothing. Who sells food but has nothing to sell. Never going back. Will go to Dairy Queen instead.

First off we had to order at the drive thru window. We had ordered the pulled pork barbecue burger with tots and a dirty coke. They didn't have barbecue sauce for the burger so they put ketchup on it instead. The tots were good the sandwich wound up being only the pulled pork it was dry and seemed like pork that was sitting out all day the bun was stale and it didn't have the burger patty. The drink was good but again not made the way it is promoted to be on the commercials. The sandwich was so bad I couldn't finish it but the dog liked it.
I was in my car for 7 minutes, waiting on a soda. Only one guy delivering. Left without my soda. Hire more people or remove the drive up windows!
