We went to Southern Kitchen for the first time this past weekend and really enjoyed our breakfast. It was obvious when we walked in that it is a very popular place with the locals. The menu had many options to choose from, the prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. When in the area, we would definitely go again.
Southern comfort food elevated, shrimp and grits were creamy with just the right spice. Fried green tomatoes were crispy outside, juicy inside. Place has a cozy feel, good for groups.
We love this place. Chrissy is amazing. Ask for her if possible. I'm very impressed with how she handled a party of our size. Love the biscuits and gravy. Ribeye steak specials.
