Pat was more than amazing at customer service at this location, welcoming customers and checking in with their orders even when they were going through a heavy rush. Pat and others made sure my order was made properly and given to me at an amazing speed, I would be very surprised if he wasn't already a manager. Please consider giving him props for his kind demeanor, awesome communication with team members and overall impeccable service !

the barista javonna was extremely rude and seemed bothered by my presence. she had such attitude when taking my order when i asked her to clean up the area before she placed my cup down because it was a mess and my drink tasted awful like burnt espresso and she didn’t do almond milk like i requested and was charged for so i expect to have the milk i paid for but she used dairy milk instead which upset my stomach. she needs to be spoken to by management her customer service needs work. very disappointing visit
My drink came out just fine, I think? I ordered a Trenta and she gave me a venti. (If they don't have the trenta cups I understand) I also asked for light ice twice and it was completely ignored.Jayonna gave me attitude just for being there. When I walked up I heard her throw a box on the ground and come up to me. The words coming out of her mouth with pleasant like "how may I help you" and "have a great day" , but her tone and actions weren't nice at all. I don't know what I did to this girl, but it seemed like she just hated the presence of guests.
