I orded the BQ Italian Royal crispy the bread was no fresh and the chicken wasn’t fried in the moment.
I like Burger King, but the Lake Placid one consistently has too few employees working, a long long wait, and often cold food. Tonight I went inside because the 2 lines outside were so long. Inside, I found a line of unhappy customers (one that had waited almost 20 minutes for a whopper), inattentive employees (one saying, “can’t we just tell people we’re closed?”) and customers waiting to place their orders (with no employees in sight to do that task). Terrible experience. Girl at drive through didn’t want to be there. We got 2 whoppers one no cheese no tomato. Other whopper with cheese no lettuce no tomato. One fry one onion ring. We got whopper No cheese no lettuce no tomato. No ketchup or mustard. Pickles piled in middle of the bun and 2 slivers of onion. The other was correct but no ketchup or mustard.
