“Great pupusa's (Chorizo and anything is a favorite!) but also excellent tamales and other authentic dishes. The juice drinks are delicious and the fried plantains are excellent. Since it's a family owned place you will receive great, personal service. Bright, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Don't be intimidated by an unfamiliar menu because they are happy to explain things and make recommendations. We love it!”

I Enjoyed talking to the staff about their food and telling them I love to cook vegan too, She even came outside to us so we could chat about it !!! You're greeted at the door in a timely manner and served got fresh coffee upon request... Fast friendly service, and the chef is on site flipping the grill for a tasty treat... I give you guys an A+ for being efficient and making my dining experience with my friends and family forever memorable... “Met the newest owners, not sure how long she's been there, but the place is clean and quaint. Love the food, and Michael does a great job in the kitchen. Chicken was cooked to perfection.Vegetarian options: Lots of salad options! Yummy dressings too.Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place.Wheelchair accessibility: There are several access points for wheelchairs and rolling walkers to enter the sidewalk. There is a ramp on the side entrance for easy wheelchair access (visible from the front door).”

“Shopped at K&J Meat Market in Arcadia and came out to the smell of enticing BBQ. We went over to Smokin' Bear and tried the ribs, sausage and sides of potato salad, green beans, and coleslaw. Great Service , excellent food and the price is right! We will definitely be eating at Smokin' Bear again.”

“I don't give 5 stars a lot. Usually things are ok. But all the food we received was amazingly good. The staff was friendly and more than helpful in finding out answers for our questions.This is now a place we will revisit at every chance while in Sebring or lake placid.They informed that they will soon stop the BBQ brisket, so get it while you can.(They also played good music, and appears they have cornhole and some other activities)”

“I hope it opens up again soon, I really loved the food!—New review:I was already a fan prior to the closing. You can imagine my excitement when I hear they reopened. Food was delicious. The quality was amazing and the fries were great. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. The menu is not very complex but you can understand that as they are slowly trying to open up again. I can’t expect them to have much variation while most people don’t know they are open. The atmosphere will improve as people start hearing that they reopened. I also understand the change to having people order as they come in at the register. The same people who complain about not having any places to eat are the first ones to leave an extremely negative review.
