“We were looking for a place to eat at after going around and doing work for our community as a church group over the summer. Food tasted amazing, rice cooked to perfection. They were so nice that they gave us some free tacos and drinks for the kids who forgot their wallets. I sadly didn’t get to take a picture of my steak quesadilla but it looked delicious.”

“Takeout chimichanga. Taste is great. Service nice. Portions to price ratio are okay to ehh (my picture makes it look bigger don’t come at me lmao). No chips or salsa with takeout. Given wrong salsa. Not a local but restaurant kinda smelled like well water (if you’re dining in). It’s a nice “every other month” craving food. I’m sure you could get a better portion further out of town though.”

“We've eaten at Giovannis in Wauchula many times coming from Avon Park and have Always loved the service and their food. Delicious Italian dishes and the salad bar is good 👍 😋 also. Highly recommended restaurant. A+++++⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Worth the drive everytime.”

“We decided to stop by this restaurant while out running errands. We were so impressed by the service and food. The food was very fresh, you could tell it was made there and not frozen. My very picky 11 year old even loved the food. The waitress recommended something for me to eat and was so kind. We can’t wait to come back and visit.”

I had tacos on soft corn tortillas, one tripe, one lingua and one barbacoa al cabeza... WOW! The people were very sweet, awesome homemade salsa and great prices! “Don Tolin is a great combination of a Mexican market and restaurant. The place is spacious, clean, and has plenty of seating.

I ordered the menudo and asked them to add hominy—it was delicious, flavorful, and served in a beautiful traditional clay bowl. The service was impeccable! They were very accommodating with our requests, bringing us an extra plate and extra lime with a great attitude.

Kim was especially friendly and made us feel very welcome. You can enjoy an authentic Mexican meal and shop for groceries, snacks, drinks, and other products all in one place. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Service for me has not been the best.... The one waitress, Kaitlyn/Kayla?, I think is her name, gave the best service she could give! I haven't seen her there, that's why I'm giving a 3 for service. Recently atmosphere different, rushed and inattentive service.”
