Our new favorite place to eat
Service for me has not been the best.... The one waitress, Kaitlyn/Kayla?, I think is her name, gave the best service she could give! I haven't seen her there, that's why I'm giving a 3 for service. Recently atmosphere different, rushed and inattentive service.
Had a wonderful meal. The service was great and very friendly

Kathy's Kitchen receives mixed feedback from customers. Some describe service as rushed and inattentive recently, though one waitress gave the best service she could. Others love this place, stopping for lunch a few times a week, enjoying the good food that fills you up, and wishing the salad bar was included with meals. Many visits have been great, with catfish on special recommended, a clean restaurant, nice staff, and wait never too long. One customer had the best western omlette ever, with fantastic grits, a nice server, and clean bathrooms. Another loves this place, with coffee kept nice and hot and amazing service, ordering the meatlovers omelet and country fried steak to split. A mixed experience included fried shrimp still frozen inside, handled professionally with the meal removed from the ticket, underwhelming nachos, a decent patty melt, fries lacking seasoning, and iced tea not very good. Food quality felt inconsistent, and the limited menu could benefit from expansion and more attention to flavor and execution.
