ARE Nutrition is one of my favorite places to hang out at in Lake Placid! They offer such a fun, energetic environment. Coach Ruth spreads such positive energy and truly pushes you to be a better you!Above all, ARE Nutrition is founded upon Christian principles and I have to say that’s my favorite quality! The teas are absolutely amazing and shakes are to die for. Who knew healthy could taste so good?!
