Horrible service , yesterday I went with my husband who’s in wheelchair and the salesperson named Gary was very polite and provided a great customer service, but after we eat we decided to go right there for two cones so a black gray hair older lady came to attend me and another customer in line after 21 minutes waiting she came with a very bad attitude I was the first and she attended the customer behind me, and later she asked me what I want so I told her I wanted two vanilla cones she charged me with ver bad attitude and she walked to wash something at the sink, she was entretiened taking her time just because she wanted make us wait, Finally after waiting for my order about 12 minutes I called her for lady because she had her uniform covered with a jacket and I didn’t see her name and I asked her if she can give me my money back she did and I walked away with my husband… this is no first time I go often to that place and she’s always like with everyone customer.. I believe she have a job because the customers if not she don’t will have a job. I never ever will go back to bergerking#24516 in lake placid Florida , I go with my own money I don’t go to ask for free food.so here is my review 0

I was helped the minute I hopped into the drive thru. This gentleman Akua greeted me very kindly and took my order quickly! As I came to the window he was very polite and made sure to see if my order was perfect or needed anything else! He was also very funny and made sure my food was fresh and came out efficiently! Props to this man because even after a very long shift he took very good care of his customer!

Its burger king. Food is always good and hot. They staff here have always been good to us. On todays visit we decided to dine in and got to witness some action . One of the staff got in a verbal altercation with another member and had to be removed by the management. When we left they were still in the parking lot. It was loud enought to disrupt the whole dining area.

The food is always nice and hot here as it was this time. I called it Splurger King because the price is so high. Double Whopper Plain a regular whopper and 2 medium fries costing over $20. No drinks. Its tasty , but so expensive. 4 stars just because of price and nothing else. Good place, painful on the wallet.

Lk. Placid, Fl. Clean, only 2 cash registers. Only 3 people plus me inside. 2 long lines outside. Susie waited on me, familiar face she used to work at BK in So. Sebring, Fl which has really detairiated in the past 4 yrs. Inside filthy. Soda machine filthy with soda all over floor and machine counter. No napkins, food on floor behind counter and boxes for FF, and tables dirty and floor. Haven't been in 6 mos. Thought I would stop in and just to see if had changed and no it hasn't. Poor management and workers. Will not go back even drive thru after seeing where my food was being prepared.
