Food was better than most bars, but pricey, was kinda busy so drink service was slow n ambiance was nothing special where we sat... server was nice too. Nothing to bring us back for that's for sure...

Went based on the reviews. Did not disappoint!! Bartender Julia was very pleasant and helpful. She told me the Tuna Poke bowl w/ coconut rice is her favorite, and I know why - it was amazing!! Even though he got his own Jalapeño Popper Burger, I had to share the Fried Chicken Skillet w/ my husband because it was so good!! I want to go back to Lake Placid, just for the this place.

OUR WAITRESS CHASED US TO OUR CAR!
Never had an issue here been eating here for years. Me and my girlfriend came to eat today but was the crowd was a little to loud for our tastes so we ordered to-go. The overweight reddish brown hair lady was our server and she took around 10-15 minutes to bring our menus and after ordering another 20 minutes for us to receive our food. We left the exact change and no tip, one; because it was to-go and two; because the service was a lot worse than it always it is. After stepping outside she chased to us our car and said we were missing 10cents so we gave that over of course. But then she continued to berate us on not tipping because she quote on quote lost money serving us because she has to pay a tip out. we typically always leave a 5-10$ tip

Portions were generous. Prices were good. I'm gluten free so not many menu options. Did the steak tacos without the wheat tortilla shells. I was hoping to find seafood options that were not fried. My friends had fish and chips. They loved the home made French fries and haddock. Thought we were coming to a waterfront restaurant, but it is not. A little too dark inside for my taste. The bar was full of patrons, so locals obviously like it.
