Had a nice experience at Dunkin Donut in Lake Placid tonight! My son and I go there so frequently and order 2 Hot Pistachio coffee’s with 2 sweet-n-low and two cream. Well tonight Adam and Jorge on the evening shift did an excellent job! The coffee was hot and delicious! Thank you Dunkin and we always get great customer service! You Rock 👍💕🤩

Why is the coffee never right???? Like it's never right there! They try to hand you the wrong drinks all the time! Like why do the customers have to tell these employees how to make the drinks? Like a step by step! My husband went and got me coffee and he didn't step by step them and it's completely disgusting! I hate lake placid dunkin's they suck!

The menu selection is incredible, and the Boston creme are to die for... Kudos to the staff and management team..... Thank you all for being amazing....

Ordered a peppermint mocha latte since it looked amazing on the menu, received drink and it looked like an iced coffee. Went inside and the older black woman wanted to argue that you had to say “signature” latte. I countered back that when someone orders one of the 3 holiday drinks that have photos all over your signs outside, wouldn’t it be smart to say something and verify whether the person wants the signature or the regular latte? I didn’t even know there was a latte without whipped cream etc and I’ve been ordering for years. She just wanted to argue. Thank you to the blonde haired girl who was super sweet though when remaking my drink. Simple miscommunication didn’t need to be a whole argument. Do better.
