Their morning shift is great they seem to be on the ball. The night shift is horrible. Not even comparison in service. Tonight we waited a half hour in the Drive-Thru that's unacceptable. Because the morning time has the same amount of people if not more. The tellers act like they don't care and don't greet you at the drive-thru when you pull up. I will never go there at night again.
So i've tried going there at night again, and their new thing is, to put you over in the pickup spots and make you wait.... Every time I have to go in, I didn't get my food because they forget that you're over there and I watch multiple customers get their orders while we sit over there. And every time I go in, they say, oh, we just about to run it out to you..... Likely story. The time before last I told her no.I'm not going over there.... She went and made my drink and it took her twenty seconds.... opposed to making me wait for ten minutes for twenty second order.... The night crew just don't care.
Tried it again..(2 days later) .... still can't get the order right.... I ordered on the app and ordered a sweet tea.... I get home and it's unsweet. Look I get it, things happen.... But this is every time I go now. There's a standard that they're not keeping .. and when I called the manager didn't care, she acted like she did not.want to talk to me about it, and that I was bothering her. This is where all the problems stem from... If the managers don't care, why should the employees? Burger king is slow but at least their food is fresh and the order is always right.

Just a quick stop for afternoon coffee. Server gave us two half-filled cups of luke-warm coffee. Had to wait several minutes for them to make new coffee. Think there may be an employee in need of additional training.

Love McDonald’s This one was very quick with excellent service, very little to complain about, and a good overall atmosphere. It reminded me of how McDonald’s should be.
