I live near by an usually the food is hot and fresh. This time my husband said the nuggets tasted like old grease . My cheeseburger was dry around the edges and the fries were not so fresh. Usually the fries are super hot and crispy, but not this time. I clicked the buy one get one nuggest for a $1, and the get cheeseburger for a $ when you buy one. When I paid in the app it charged full price and only one box of nuggets and one burger were in the bag. I dont know what happened, but this visit was a disappointment compared to my usually visits to this store.

It was the BIGGEST flop ever,it kinda sucked and uhhh I saw this worker and she was holding a straw and it flicked off her hand and bounced off my jiggling thighs onto the ground…kinda hot ngl, then Ronald Mc donald showed me his Mc flurry and his BIG MAC

Ordered delivery on Thanksgiving. Order was accepted and money withdrawn from my account. Door dash driver goes to pick it up, and no one was there. He saw a car in the back, but no one answered when he knocked on the door and called the business. Door dash driver called me to explain the situation. He said that he was going to call door dash to cancel the order which he did as it showed on the door dash app. I expected the money to be returned, but it never was. If they were going to be closed, the order should never have gone through. I ordered it on the McDonald's app, but it was supposed to be delivered through door dash. I don't blame door dash at all. The same driver delivered my Wawa order later that night (his suggestion when he called). I'll never order delivery from McDonald's ever again. That was $43+ down the drain!

This post is for the North Sebring Florida McDonald's This store should be a training store for all employee help I travel for work I have never seen a faster drive-thru at any McDonald's when I get back to my hometown it makes me want to slap somebody it is a three Windows drive-thru Style you pay it the first one by the time you get to the second one somebody has their hand out the window with your drink followed by your food and you're on your way any delay they ask you to pull to the third window about the time you make it to that window their hand in the bag and you're pulling away the speed in the efficiency the kitchen the drive-thru the cashiers everybody involved works like a well-oiled machine

Whoever is runnythat store and training the staff deserves a raise. Super long line, thought it would take forever, ran like a well oiled machine. From beginning to end incredible service. The order taker to the delivery. It’s been a long time since I see pride in work, specially fast food. Great job!
