We love subway! But tonight really grossed us out! The dining area was a mess! The sub counter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day and as we are standing in line the lady put the customer ahead of us sandwich’s in the toaster then proceeded to pop open her Red Bull with her gloves on while chatting with someone in the back and I thought for sure she will change gloves nope she then set her drink down and pulled the customers sandwich’s out with said gloves. We walked out.

First impression place looked clean but the two young ladies in charge need a hair net while handling food. We had several subs and I got the chicken salad wrap on the menu it doesn't say mayo and they don't even ask . She put lots of mayo mixed with the chicken that was awful. I didn't complaint but won't be back.
If you like your bread toasted don't visit this store in Lake Placid 5 out of 10 times that I've been there the oven has been broken....

Place was a mess, soda everywhere, food portions were absolutely disrespectful for the price. I paid 30 dollars for two foot long subs and drinks. We got a steak and cheese and rotisserie chicken, there was next to no toppings, had to beg the employees for more then 5 slivers of dried onions that looked so old they remembered the Lincoln Assassination. Employees were friendly and professional except one who wanted to slam the cooking equipment like a mosh pit victim. Won't be returning.
