The slowest fast food ever. Had us pull up to wait for our food and then they forgot about us. Keep asking what and when did we order. Omg and not one female had on a hair net. One girls hair was past her butt. Health department should close them then head to burger king

Came yesterday for breakfast 11/13, employee at window was friendly and had great customer service. Came back this morning 11/14 for breakfast and a manager in red shirt looks thrilled to be at work today, barely spoke two words and couldn’t look more unhappy if she tried. Always a hit or a miss I suppose at any fast food location. Fast food jobs suck, I’ve worked plenty to know, but it wouldn’t hurt to at least try to fake it lol.

There is ONLY 1 cashier in that place!! My daughter’s bus stopped for 15 minutes, and she went in to grab something to eat. She was in the line for minutes and still not moving, because that 1 cashier was way too slow to handle 2 people! She was afraid that she’ll miss the bus, so she ended up leaving without ordering anything!! Horrible experience!

My family member simply did not know the rules about senior cup due to them getting them before for free The Gm keisha was utterly rude with a attitude from the start after the recently receiving A compliment from my family about the store being clean from the previous roaches and the filth and mold this experience today is the reason we didn't purchase anything?But we have purchase items from this facility before which is why we listed the purchase price listed.Go to Sebring Wendy's.You will thank me later.The district manager is amazing Mr nicholas. The Gm keisha needs to be gone she is just rude and gets mad because she can't train her staff properly

The GM lekesha is just rude and disrespectful due to her negligence to train her staff properly and professionally to follow policy venice is rude and disrespectful to customers for not knowing the policy and tries to use that to her defense to be rude loud i don't understand why she is so bitter and then try to play the nice card for certain people go to the sebring storm there has been several people that will agree with me that it is amazing roy is amazing and the district manager who took her place Mr nicholas is amazing but now she is the Gm and is still rude
