The food is always fresh and delicious. The only issue I have been running into the last few visits is receiving the wrong items. This has happened at both the Lake Wales and Bartow locations over the last few months. Most issues have been missing bacon on burgers that I paid extra to have it added to or regular cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers. One visit, I had to go back in 3 times after receiving my prepaid order (I always order online and pickup) because they still didn't make it correctly. During my most recent visit (2 days ago) I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. When I got home about 30 mins later, I realized they gave me cheesy tots instead of nuggets. This time I didn't check before I left (my fault especially after my most recent experiences) and I would have spent more in gas to go back to have it corrected. I'm hoping that going into the new year, things get better, otherwise we will probably stop frequenting Burger King.

So we got the SpongeBob meals x 2 and a whopper jr and 12pc chicken fries....what we received was the Krabby patties cold, the cheese bacon tots cold and old and inedible...no pies...and they were out of the pineapple slush drinks so we got regular ones, we didn't receive the whopper jr and only an 8 pc chicken fries.
To speak of disappointment is an understatement. $15 for the SpongeBob meals each and they weren't worth $5...and to pay for and not receive what you ordered was frustrating. My son had to drop me off to get to work so no time to go back to see if they'd correct it.
The lady that took our order had wonderful countenance and disposition. Great customer service skills.

Clean and building looking clean. Just missing my spongbob pie which was confirmed in stock and was supposed to be in the bad. Just kills the experience when you get home and it is missing.

This Burger King goes above and beyond, this is the only one I have gone to since moving to Lake Wales and I went through the drive through one day, ordered my food, got home and it was all wrong, first time time this has happened, I called and talked with a man called Nick and he apologized and told me next time I'm in to mention that I talked with him, well I went back and received my new meal and everything was perfect. Thanks Burger King
I wish I could leave zero stars. We waited and waited in the car to pay while the woman in the window kept ignoring us and talking on the phone. No other cars in front if us. We ended up rolling the window up and leaving. It was so bad it's laughable 🤦♀️

The service here has gone down terribly, and so has the food over the years. The attitude of customer service comes across as if you owe them for doing their job. This is the second time I come within a month and the food is terrible. I noticed it ordering through the app. When I got home my sauce was opened. Not sure if it was tampered with? While eating the whopper I started feeling sick to my stomach. I didn’t eat it entirely. I have been sick all night, with pain in my stomach. I have decided as McDonald’s that Burger King is on my do not eat list. I hate doing this but twice in a month getting sick from it and the service was awful. I wonder if it has something to do because I ordered on line?
