It's so sad to see my favorite restaurant go to shit because of bad employees. First they did not want to take my order stating that the kitchen closed at 9pm. I was still able to place an order an and leave in Les than 20 min. During that time they made sure to close the front doors before 9:30. This was really my favorite restaurant and now I'm gonna have to find a new just to avoid bad service.

My husband and I came in for dinner hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening, but instead we left feeling completely drained and disappointed. From the very beginning, the service felt off and unorganized. Our drink order was taken at the same time as our appetizer, yet after waiting quite a while, the waitress returned to ask if we were ready to order even though our drinks still hadn’t been brought out. It already felt frustrating and careless.
When the drinks and appetizers finally arrived, our disappointment only grew. The sliders were extremely dry and overcooked, the Southwest egg rolls were burnt and looked unappetizing, and the wings were smothered in sauce to the point where the flavor was overwhelming and very hard to eat. Nothing tasted fresh or enjoyable, and it honestly felt like no care had gone into the food.
By the end of the meal, we were exhausted, frustrated, and regretted choosing this place for dinner. What should have been a pleasant night out turned into a very disappointing experience that we won’t be repeating.
