Fantastic! Our server ( young lady with red hair....I am sorry I forgot her name but I think she just started her shift about 5 PM) , was a pure delight! Excellent service! Was on top of everything...not too fast nor too slow. We both had the 3 for me deal...can't be beat! Again....sorry I forgot her name....but she was fantastic! Well worth the 30 percent tip we left for her! She should teach new wait staff on how to do the job the right way! I hope management knows of whom I am speaking!

Chili's is always a go-to place for our family, because there's usually something for everyone. We particularly like the Lake Wales location because it's not usually overly crowded, and the service is fantastic. This visit was no exception. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure our food was safe, as my partner and I are gluten intolerant, and the food was delicious. I didn't get sick, so all was well with our food! We will definitely be back soon!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant, and I don't get sick eating here. The staff is very careful with food prep, and making sure you know what options are safe.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking, including loading strips for vans with ramps, doors are not too heavy to maneuver independently in a chair (I use a manual chair), women's bathroom is fairly accessible as well (I can't speak to the men's bathroom). Staff is great about seat at a table and pulling a chair out so you can roll up to the table. Tables are at an appropriate height for a manual chair.

We go there often. Location is right off 27. Parking is good they have handicapped parking.Traci is a great bartender. I usually get a daquiri and I want to taste the starwberry she makes it good. I like to go in and unwind for about 10 minutes Tracy and the girls know me they usually ask me If i want the usual then give me some time to decide what I want I love steak and I want it rare they cook it the way I like it and when they bring it to me they will ask me to cut it to make sure it's how I like it. Love this place. The location works for me there is alot near by. Walgreens, Aldis, Publix, Bealls outlet, Ups, PetSmart, Dairy Queen. Great clips, Dollar Tree. The Eagle Ridge Mall is right behind Chili's. And today 12/20/23 if you buy gift cards on line you get an extra 20.00 but you have to do it on line and it's only today you get 20.00 extra per each 50.00. I bought 150.00 worth of gift cards and got an extra 60.00..... Falalala Merry Christmas to me!update a Freddy's just open next door to Chili's too. I don't know haven't been. I do enjoy Chili's John the manager always stops to say hello. Cheryl and Nora are great waitress.like I said I'm here often .
