This place is going down the hill. As soon as you walk in the place smells bad. I only went there for 2 T Mobile coupons if it wasn't for that I would never go to this place because is not worth it.There's only one rude sarcastic lady with eyeglasses in the morning running the place in the morning of Thursday February 22nd.I was going to use the T mobile coupon for 2 french toast that clearly says it will be expired on the 24th and today is the 22nd and she still insist that the coupons are expired and didn't want to redeem the coupon saying her boss says she cant. Such a hassle for just $4 that the french toast are worth. She treated us very rude and sarcastic since we told her about the coupons. We were going to buy more stuff from the menu but because of her bad attitude and lack of good service we decided to leave. Save yourself a poor service and go to IHOP that is always full and excellent service. That's why I told her that place is always empty. And now more places to eat are opening in the area so if they dont fix to have more nice employees and employees in general they're ending up closed. I will never go back there.

Warning! They have updated their hours and are no longer 24 hours. We found out after paying for a $50 order online, driving to the restaurant, and getting turned away from not only the food but ALSO a refund because their “systems are already shut off”. So now we’re out $50 with no food and no refund. We were told to call in the morning and a manager “MIGHT be able to help with a refund”. I can’t imagine how any business deems this to be a reasonable response. Do not go there if you want a good experience.

Went in today for breakfast waited 10-15 min for a drinkThen waited 30 min to receive just two orders of food burger wasn’t cooked all the way cheese wasn’t melted fries were unseasoned as well as cold as you bite into them complained to the “manager” didn’t seem to care a very nonchalant attitudeInstead of fixing the problem he decided to blame it on the stove and equipment. Which is strange because if there is a problem with the fryer or stove then why are y’all open?? Health hazard? I can say with full confidence that I will NOT be returning to this location!

Went in today and it was terrible. It was not busy at all and I waited almost an hour for my order which came out incomplete… they were bringing bits and pieces out and forgetting things. Terrible! I waited so long my kids got fussy and I had to take my things to go. Whoever in the kitchen needs to be fired. Absolutely NO work ethic.

Ashlee is phenomenal! Her customer service is excellent and her personality is the BEST! I will be coming back ANY time she on shift. Geo was the cook and he prepared the perfect omelet, above and beyond what I expected. Seriously, it's because of staff like the two of them that keep business coming in. Thank you Ashlee and Geo.
