We go out of our way to stop at this Dunkin, it’s more expensive but we love the young man that works in the morning at the window, he’s so kind to my autistic daughter, we saw him this morning 🙌

I love that the staff gets dressed for the holidays. It creates such a fun atmosphere. I get my favorite coffee several times a week there, usually in the afternoon on the way home. Everyone is so nice, service is fast and my drink is great!

My POV: This is a bunch of drama that I’m bringing to the publics attention, so y’all can become aware of the behaviors permitted by this company. While working at a separate location, in Vinton, VA, I experienced sexual harassment and misconduct from a coworker, Jahmar Brown. I reported this to our Store manager, Hailee Bumgarner, who happened to be the sister-in-law of Jahmar. While reporting I asked if I could have the number of HR/Corporate (we are franchised), so I could separately report the incidents to them. Hailee informed me she would provide me with their number/information the following day. After said day, 12/09/2025, she never responded to any of my messages. She informed all my coworkers that I’d “quit, and any attempt I made to go to the store in-person, I was informed that she was no longer employeed with the Company ( not true). In February, I was hired on at this new location by the general manager, Makayla. Upon starting my first day, a the training manager, Cjay, confirmed that I was still in the system as actively hired from the previous store, and that my pay rate was a different amount than advertised. I informed him of the issues, He claimed he’d have the information transferred over. The next day, I was informed by my new Store manager, Eddie, that the old store manager, Hailee, called and claimed that I was previously “Terminated for Theft”. I was informed that I’d be sent home, but I’d receive my pay for the time I’d work. I got the information for our franchise owners, Coastal Franchising LLC, and contacted HR through them. Upon contacting HR, representative Matthew Smith informed me they had no record of Termination, but they would be contacting Hailee Bumgarner for proof of said records. In the meantime I reported the harassment and discrimination I’d experienced at the store. HR claimed I was only rehired due to the MIT not being aware. However, I was not hired by the MIT, I was hired by his manager, the general manager. Additionally, I was still in the system as Hired and Actively Working until 02/12/2026, the day my former manager called. All of which I informed him of. On 02/13/2026, I received a text from a number, confirmed to be Hailee Bumgarner’s, stating, “Stupid Hoe imagine being fired before you even start”. I reported this to HR as retaliation. In the meantime, HR informed me that after more than a week of waiting, Hailee still would not provide proof of the alleged termination. At this point, 2 pay periods had passed, and I did not receive any pay. I informed HR I’d be reporting this to the appropriate entities, and they ceased communication. I will also be taking out a personal defamation suit against Hailee, since they company confirmed there is no record of my termination, and Hailee brought it upon herself to contact multiple employers to have me terminated based on false information. Im only reporting this on this store’s page too, since they didn’t pay me for my time.
