Poor person that was working was working all alone she had to take the phone order in front order and make the orders.. And that made our visit there not so so fun coffee shop.. I don't blame the person that was working there alone I blame the company for not having somebody to work with her.. for now I don't think I'll go to this location again.

I would give this place a -0 this is a horrible Dunkin’ Donuts the customer service is atrocious they need retraining on how to deal with customer or if they don’t like working with public they should reconsider there job position especially Dawna. I came here on 12/25 around 1:40 with my family and we were waiting patiently for someone to attend us while Dawna an employee was finishing mopping the floor she tried to walk past us like we weren’t there and she ended up having to take our order with a horrible attitude tried to threaten us to not give us our food after we paid and she threw our donut on the counter. Just bad manners and overall horrible customer service. Please consider fixing this issue since it’s causing bad image of this restaurant. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Dunkin Donut at hwy 27

Ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches. The plain bagels were extremely stale and the cheese on the sandwich was not melted. We usually love Dunkin food, but this was the worst Dunkin we've ever had.

I usually come to this stop to get my usual plain or cinnamon bagel, extra toasted, with a mango or pineapple sparkling drink. Today, I decided to go inside and waited at the counter for someone to take my order. However, no staff was available. I looked to the side and saw the employee on her cell phone. When I finally got her attention, she approached me with an unfriendly attitude to take my order.
I clearly requested my usual: a plain bagel, extra toasted, with cream cheese. When I received the bagel, it was not extra toasted. I asked her again to toast it, but she seemed annoyed and had an issue with it. She turned her back to me and asked the person working with her, who said he had toasted it. The problem isn’t whether he did or not; my request was for an extra toasted bagel, and it was not done.
I can’t believe that, as a paying customer, it was such a problem for her to do what I asked. I purposely waited for the next staff to clock in so that I could get my bagel re toasted.
If she’s unhappy working there, she should consider finding another job. Otherwise, she needs to be retrained. Her customer service skills are terrible, and she reflects badly on this location.
As far I know I will not recommend this place, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
