This was my first time trying, and I was very disappointed! Granted, the food was hot. However, I asked for the shrimp dumplings, and they were nothing but fried shrimp, but the batter was soggy and fell off, and the shrimp was very bland! I ordered the Japanese combo noodle, and the steak was tender and seasoned. There were very thick pieces of chicken, and it was dry. Also, the noodles were very salty and oily.

First time here, was traveling and thought I would stop by for a bite. Food was good, I had the hibachi with chicken and shrimp, 4 star because There’s no ac, or poorly working, felt way too hot in there.

Ordered from here yesterday. We are repeat customers. Every order we do hibachi meals. Almost always with steak. I ordered steak to be medium rare for 2 meals. Both were well done. Shrimp was overcooked. Every meat was chewy.

We were driving through the area and wanted something other than your usual fastfood places. We decided to try Hibatchi Express based on its reviews. I called to place a takeout order. The gentleman over the phone was very nice as was the staff upon pick up. The food was very well priced, tasted delicious and was very well packaged! This place is a hidden gem!! We will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone we know who visits this area!
