This is possibly the worst HH on the planet. We will never order again. We ordered at 4pm for some pizza to be delivered at 6pm. At 615 we called to see what was going on because the pizza tracker showed it had not been made yet. The girl says well we might be able to door dash it by 8pm! What a joke! No leadership, and apparently no brains.In response to HH sad apology, I'm not interested in contacting you for any reason. We no longer support your brand. This was not the first problem we have had with this store or brand.

Small pizza restaurant, great service. Stumbled across Hungry Howies while driving thru. Looked at menu and got excited about a specific meal. When we got to the restaurant and ordered, we were informed that was only on the corporate menu. Without hesitation, staff offered to make it special order. Wasn't disappointed, Great food and even better customer service. Glad to find a place that still puts customer as number 1. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys.
