Our family was at the Lake Wales IHOP on 8/6 and I have to say our server Brianna was fantastic even in the midst of a severely unfortunate staffing situation. There were about 25 people dining in as well as several to go orders meanwhile Brianna was hosting, serving, bussing, and handling “to go” by herself with 1 cook. I felt bad for the situation she had been put in due to scheduling/staffing as she could not possibly do EVERYTHING herself. Through it all Brianna was attentive, kind, accurate, and I could clearly tell that she had a system down pat. Great job to her!
