I ordered a simple pizza waited for over 30 minutes. While I was in the store waiting I watched the employees give the wrong orders to three different people

This location messed up our order today and when I called the store to tell the manager I was missing half my order and the other half was burnt and I didn't want to feed it to my kids she hung up on me twice. When I called back she told me she was to busy to deal with it right now I needed to wait 10 minutes and call back. I took the pizza back to the store and she yelled at me as soon as I walked through the door. She told me all the people in the lobby was here before me and I needed to wait my turn. While explaining what was wrong with my order the manager on duty Jahkayla told me she didn't have time for white people like me right now. She refused to serve me or give me my money back per her manager Trish over the phone even after law enforcement showed up. And then I was trespassed from the store. I then went and got pizza from hungry howies which I received excellent service and delicious pizza on the first try. Warning go to this location at your own risk the store is under poor management and they do care not care about customer service.

I just picked up my order and all the pizza’s for my son’s birthday party were undercut, off sliced, and soggy. I can’t feed these kids this pizza. I called and got hung up on three different times. I would like a refund for my order.

It's little Caesars. This one hasn't let me down. The employees have always been nice. While the pizza isnt always stellar, or fast, its pizza and my kids love it regardless. My wallet does too. Thanks Little Caesars.

Almost 9 dollars for the hot and ready and it doesn’t hardly have any sauce

Just pay Pizzano’s what their worth, this is a waste of your hard earned money

it's great if you like pizza that tastes like it's been put in a refrigerator and then heated back up three times
