I'm not a one to complain but it took almost 2hrs to get our order tonight I think I should get a discount on my next order
Well I'm grateful they delivered pizza right to my house, which is in a very very country area in the Florida scrub, literally living on a preserve with sand roads,not much light,and when it gets dark it can seem a bit scary.Did not think Papa John's delivery would make it,but I was impressed,as they did make it.

I can not believe the poor customer service from this manager Emily! Twice now I ordered a shag pizza with extra mushrooms. Twice it was wrong! So I called the manager again and she proceeded to yell at me telling me I have to ask for pepperoni on this pizza. I’m the shag is a pepperoni pizza! After 5 minutes of this lady Emily yelling at me she said your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes then hangs up on me!I never in my life have had this kind of rude disrespectful and unprofessional level of customer service! I order from here all the time and normally I’m pretty happy with the service but this lady needs to be fired!
