Well I'm grateful they delivered pizza right to my house, which is in a very very country area in the Florida scrub, literally living on a preserve with sand roads,not much light,and when it gets dark it can seem a bit scary.Did not think Papa John's delivery would make it,but I was impressed,as they did make it.

I can not believe the poor customer service from this manager Emily! Twice now I ordered a shag pizza with extra mushrooms. Twice it was wrong! So I called the manager again and she proceeded to yell at me telling me I have to ask for pepperoni on this pizza. I’m the shag is a pepperoni pizza! After 5 minutes of this lady Emily yelling at me she said your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes then hangs up on me!I never in my life have had this kind of rude disrespectful and unprofessional level of customer service! I order from here all the time and normally I’m pretty happy with the service but this lady needs to be fired!

It sucked worries time ever I was told inwas getting a refund nothing been 3 days nowFirst it took 2 hr to get my food it was cold the pizza was supposed to been a ultimate there was chewy and had no chessr in the crust it was horrible

Other Papa Johns have been fine but this location is notoriously bad. 9/10 times your order won't be correct, items will be missing or the food will just look really bad. Things are frequently undercooked and the employees see but don't care. I can eat Papa Johns anywhere else with no issues but this location will TEAR your stomach up. I've also had an an 8-9 year old child/little girl cash me out at the register here before.

First time ordering from this location and I'm really disappointed. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, nothing crazy, and they managed to get my order wrong and just gave me a plain cheese pizza. I was pretty bummed because it took 45min to get the pizza delivered to me. And the delivery driver wasn't even a papa Johns employee!! It was a door dash driver - I don't even have a doordash account and I believe they overcharged me with doordash prices. Super upset to have paid so much for a plain cheese pizza, which was not what I ordered. Might not order from here again. :/

Our first order from this location. We were not disappointed. The thin crust works pizza was really good. Everything was clean and even though only one employee was present (one out for delivery) she handled everything fine. Our order was waiting when we arrived.
DISGUSTING!!! I waited for 30 minutes for them to cut my pizza after they put hand sanitizer on. She kept scratching her face the whole time. Flys were everything! Very bad customer service. I left and went to Domino's. I'm not eating their pizza

Just walk in and watch them make the Pizza. Using their bare hands. Also, their App isn't accurate for delivery times. Order at your own risk.

Pure garbage. They used to have New York style slices now they have slices that are tiny comparable to hungry Howie's. My pizza barely had any cheese or sauce. Complete garbage and disappointment at least hungry Howie's has some flavor. And you had the balls to charge me over 20 bucks for a tiny pizza that was inedible. Stop being lazy and do your job. And if this is what corporate has told you to do you're going to be out of business very quickly. I will never order another pizza from you again and neither will my fellow truckers that follow me.

Had pizza delivered tonight. All the topping slid to one side and the bowl didn't give the option to pick out mushrooms otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it.
I'm not a one to complain but it took almost 2hrs to get our order tonight I think I should get a discount on my next order
