Went there to have a nice late lunch with my wife. We waited three or four minutes before someone seated us. As we looked around we realized it was only one person working the floor. And doing just about every other job in the place except maybe cooking. It took well over an hour to get a pizza. And after all that waiting there was hardly any sauce on the thing and it was not very exciting. You would think with the prices we are paying for food it could be a little better quality than that. The first pizza she said got broken coming out of the oven and we had to make another one for you. We're going to give you a discount because of this long time waiting but the discount was only $1. I know this doesn't speak for every Pizza Hut but the one in Lake Wales sucks.

I was very disappointed in the pan pizza. They charge a extra $2 for it to be brought to your table in the deep dish pan it supposedly cooks in. There was a inch or more crust that was flat and hard and the pizza was smaller than the pan.

I was there today for buffet they only had 2 psrtial pizzas on it, it was 12 pm people coming in, but was no pizzas, the pizzas were coming out slow and for 15 dollard with tax and drink, your better off ordering the pizza you want. It could have been ok if they would have pizza on the buffet already.

As of Summer 2024, Pizza Hut introduced a new deal called the âMy Hut Boxâ.
Personally, I think it is the best deal anywhere around, especially from any other restaurant.
For less than $10 you can get boneless wings, a personal pan pizza, and a drink for $8.49 plus tax.
Freshly cooked on top of all of that.
McDonalds, Burger King, Wendyâs, Taco Bell, and many other places, youâre spending DOULBE that.
The only down side is that the boneless wings they serve you in that special are tiny in comparison to a normal order of boneless wings. They are easily half the size.
Boneless wings are chicken nuggets. That level of terminology isnât fooling anyone.
Most likely, this âDealâ will become so popular, Pizza Hut will probably jack the price up. Just like when Arbyâs Sliders use to be a $1. Now theyâre nearly triple the price.

I ordered pizza and wings as a carryout order last night and was helped by Brookelyn who did a super job. The food was prepared to my particular specifications. It tasted great. And Abbie was also very pleasant and helpful. I cannot rate this restaurant and these employees more highly. They were the best!
