Absolutely disgusting atmosphere!!! The staff here are unbelievably rude and were heard talking badly about customers coming in. I am an assistant GM in fast food and this is completely unacceptable behavior. My employee would be instantly terminated. Every single time we have come through the drive through the wait is over 45min long!!! Even when ordering ahead on the app!! I will be contacting corporate about our experiences here. The manager also snapped when we asked for light ice in our drinks, I hope corporate is paying attention.

Food was great! However, there was zero clean tables. We moved to multiple tables- trying to find a clean table. We settled. It was was hard enough to get attention to order our lunch. The entire time we consumed our meal on a busy Saturday- not once, did the they come and wipe down a booth/table. Great food but if they dont wipe down tables—- what does the kitchen look like ?????

The spicy chicken has a great flavor, but only your dog will be able to chew it! It's not only dry as a desert gulch, but it's hard enough to make new countertops!

This place is fantastic we've gone twice now and had a great experience both times. I had the Cayenne Chicken sandwich meal, and followed it with a jar of the banana pudding. The food was hot and the sandwich was perfectly spicy. If you like spicy food this one may be a little mild but I thought it was great. The jar of banana pudding has layers of whipped cream vanilla cookies and pudding which made the texture experience premium. Heck I even kept the jars to make more banana pudding at home. They regular glass jars with metal lids. The atmosphere was good. I really enjoyed the guitar decor and the readily available seating inside or outside. I feel like once people discover this place it will be packed all the time. The music was good maybe a tad loud for the patrons when it clashes with the televisions showing the news but overall still enjoyable. I haven't tried to go through the drive-through yet but that option exists and the line didn't seem long both times we went.

Come here often, there was a gentleman and lady named Tyler and Cheyanne and they are amazing. Great attitudes and make you feel very welcomed. So pleasant to be around.

The worker came outside to take my order pants was literally falling off his ass. He had on NO BELT. Female worker came outside looking just like the first guy sagging. I don’t know what happened to that place but they will never get a coin from me.

This was my first time visiting Slim Chickens, and I had an excellent experience thanks to an employee named Miracle T. Her customer service was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, walked me through the menu, shared recommendations (including what she liked best), and made the whole process easy.
What stood out the most was how well she balanced multiple responsibilities—taking orders at the register while also cleaning tables and reorganizing chairs—all while keeping a great attitude. That level of professionalism and positivity is rare to find these days.
To the management team: you have a great employee in Miracle. She made my first visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her service.
Love the food but this location takes forever . I sometimes sit in drive thru for 20-25 min between ordering and waiting on the order .
