You have to watch your money in this store on 1/10 my husband was doubled charged, was told would be back on card within 24 to 48 hrs. Nope!! Guess they needed it more than us....

Ordered at 1104 for an 1130 schedule pick up. Arrived at 1135 and the lady argued with me that she just got the order. Very argumentive. She rolled her eyes and shook her head. Very bad for business. Lady name started w letter S.
The customer after me asking for extra cheese and the worker said with an attitude “it comes with 8 slices” refusing to add more cheese.

Walked in hungry, walked out HANGRY!
Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.
My sandwich artist touched his face and hat with his gloves on and looked offended when I asked him to change his gloves.
He went to the restroom and washed his hands with water; I know this because I went in after and there was NO SOAP in the bathroom.
I received a Chicken Salad Sandwich with no chicken salad, our daughter’s ham & cheese had 3 thin sliced ham across the entire footlong, and my wife’s sandwich had minimal amounts of meat and cheese - if you like Mayonnaise & Lettuce Sandwiches - THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Don’t expect to wash your mayo sandwich down with anything because the drink machine has no carbonation, and when we asked them to change it we were instructed to drink Diet Coke because it was worked.
They forgot to make the new bread they were advertising, no cookies, and only two menu signs available.
I will be sure to take all my sub business to Publix from now on; I would rather eat in my car than at this restaurant again!

Wheelchair accessibility: This was the only good thing about the place, my chair can spin around without hitting anyone!

Every table was covered in trash and not cleaned, the floor was disgusting, the staff keep using profanity. And they expect a tip? They didn’t even acknowledge me for the first five minutes of being in the store.

They offered you a very appealing pepperoni deeper, but this is what they give you in reality! When I complai t that it hadn't been cheese, they told me that the cheese goes inside the pepperoni!!! ? Really!!! Plus, the lady got upset for me asking for a deeper pepperoni and cheese, like the pictures. The cashier was very attentive, though!

The manager of this store don’t know the law I am a dasher and I have my own phone I don’t need to give my phone to her to see the order no body paid my phone bill just me and I report her to door dash SUBWAY NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THAT MANAGER DARLENE

My husband went in and asked for a #20 how it comes but without tomatoes and added banana peppers. Tell me how I come home and open it and it’s literally plain. Yes no tomatoes, but also no lettuce, no ranch, no onions. Was I supposed to specify every ingredient i want if i say how it comes?
Also the vibe was just off, the manager just stood there micromanaging every move the employees made when taking orders. Maybe she made the employees nervous causing them to slip up my order. Either way i’m extremely disappointed in the food and service.

The food was OK, the flatbread was too hard. The line moved extremely slowly because of mobile orders, which too priority over customers in line. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and place was clean! The tables were comfortable, especially the high tops!

I had just started going back to this store after many years because of the poor service before, two times in store I had great service but then when it came to a delivery order they won’t even acknowledge the problem! The personnel won’t answer the phones, there’s no way to dispute mistakes on the app but you still get charged for the whole order that you didn’t get!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The two employees working were incredibly slow and showed absolutely zero energy or enthusiasm, making it clear they didn’t want to be there. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I would have left immediately.

They were out of small tops for drinks, and when I asked the female employee for one, she seemed disinterested and told me she would get one after making a sub for another customer. Unfortunately, due to her slow pace, I ended up leaving without it. This kind of service is frustrating and makes me hesitant to return.

Definitely our family agreed, other sub shops and Publix are much better. Very little meat and cheese on our Philly Steak subs. All we can taste was the onions and peppers. Empty restaurant, employee couldn't turn around to say "hi" or any greeting. Another employee eventually popped out from the back to hand mobile order.
